The room and staff was great. There was a leak in the bathroom over the toilet in room 4313. The only reason I have a lower rating is because I really wanted to try the steakhouse for our birthday but upon checkin we were told it was already booked.

We stayed at the Bahรญa Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed.
