"Loved this place! Totally walkable to major shopping centers plus all local amenities. Perfectly situated so you can bike or scooter to the beaches and ruins. 10/10 would stay here again!"
"They are very attentive and friendly. The facilities were a little wonky, the shower water would get stuck on one setting hot or cold. The room had many spider webs around. The private jacuzzi was nice and so were the views. Overall 8/10"

"This is a new property just opened in April 2025, and has been buit to a very high spec. The rooms are modern and each with private jacuzzi’s, with the suites super luxiorious with a kitchen and living room and very roomy. The swimming pool area has lots of loungers to relax after a swim, and has a dining area in the middle to order refreshments. The gym is fully equiped and excellent. 24 hr concerciege and free parking. Ivan, the manager, and his team are always readily available to help if you require anything. The cleaning staff are great and ensure rooms left pristine"
"One of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! "
