"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"We’ve been to several spots in Mexico and other resorts but to be honest Dreams Tulum is our home. As soon as you walk in, everyone greets you, everyone smiles, and everyone steps a side to make sure your are okay. Dreams Tulum reminds me of a small town in the middle of the jungle, a small town that everyone knows your name. Only ding in the beach and need to figure out the best time to come, but on a clear day you can actually walk out (chest high at least 50 yards), another disclaimer they are renovating right now since Hyatt bought the chain. I know they’re might be other resorts but to be honest this place has taken my heart away"

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the room on the balcony. Also a place where you cant sit and relax. Everything needs a complete overhaul and make over. The restaurant was okay, the food I had the first time was good. The second time I got sick and threw my guts up. The silverwear they give you is dirty. I used my hands and only had the tacos. Last but not least the road to get to the hotel is terrible potholes every where and goodluck getting a driver to pick you up or drop you off if you dont get a private driver like I did. My experience was terrible and I would never stay there again."

"We went slightly off season for the savings and regret nothing. The location does take a little bit drive, but it feels exclusive and special. You have your own parking spot and because there were only 4 units, you always feel like you have the whole site to yourself. Generous rooms, unbelievable view. The room came with fruits, a bottle of Patron, panoramic 360 view of the jungle, ocean, exotic birds in the morning, whistling tropic trees in your patio and private hot tub. I've been to 5 star hotels and it doesn't come close. Shower, bedroom, dining, kitchen living, everywhere is oceanic eye candy! Our room was on the top floor (3rd) and we could see the waters for miles and private enough to not worry about any neighbors. Walk down the spiral stairs and you're greeted with a romantic pool, picnic area, hammocks to lounge, or a walk down to your own private beach. Simply put, this is paradise."
