Service is fantastic. Staff really go above and beyond to make your trip feel special. Food is great. Make sure you ask about all food allergies, as some menu item’s dietary warnings do not match actual ingredients, but the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to warn against potential issues! Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking forward to going back!!

Our stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely perfect from top to bottom! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. A special thank you to Carlos, our butler, who truly made our experience extra special! His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service made such a difference throughout our stay. He deserves so much recognition for the amazing job he does! The food was delicious, with so many great options to enjoy, and every part of the experience felt luxurious and well thought out. From the service to the dining to the overall atmosphere, everything was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and TRS Yucatán made our stay unforgettable. Everything was beautiful and the staff is very helpful. On several occasions our waiters brought us a special treat to celebrate our honeymoon. We did think a formal tour of the property and available amenities would have been helpful. We were not aware that there was a cenote on the property and we were never told that we can enjoy the amenities of the adjoining resorts. Lastly, some of the restaurants were not open and the water features were not running which isn't a huge deal but it would have made the ambiance nicer. The most disappointing part was that the pool by our room was not open due to repairs. We did pay a bit more to have a poolside room and were upset to find out it was closed. I do want to point out that our wait staff and house keeping were amazing! Our room was always emaculant and we were treated like royalty. We also had a phenomenal excursion guide. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making our honeymoon spectacular!

This stay has been AMAZING, with a beautiful property and exceptional service. Everyone here is awesome, communicative, well organized and super helpful. Shout out to our daily breakfast crew at Helios - Julio, Daniel, Manuel & Arnulfo! Extremely friendly and attentive. My husband and I were here for our honeymoon and we cannot stop raving about the quality of service received. As for the property, we were amazed at the TRS layout and stunning room (had a private pool). Cherry on top was that our stay also gave us access to the 3 neighbouring resorts so A LOT to see and do. Food at the buffets were great & evening restaurants were *chefs kiss*. The team at the evening restaurants really go out of their way to make your meal wonderful. Tip - TRS has a private beach front, ask a cart to take you there as the views are stunning and bar staff are great! Tysm to all who made our stay so memorable!

We stayed in the junior suite with private pool , and it was wonderful. Our villa was right behind Helios with a thicker mangrove jungle behind it providing greater privacy vs the other private pools backing on to the paths through the resort The property was clean, and quiet. We avoided the busy party pools (infinity pool for example), to enjoy the sounds of waves at the salt pool. We got to experience iguanas, lizards, coatis, flamingos, kitty cats, raccoons and even monkeys. We were able to create some very special memories. I was nervous about the talk of all the walking on this property, but it definitely wasn't a problem for us. Lots of exploring to do on this property, and it's definitely worth a walk around. Seven days in and we were still finding large fountains, and even a church. Service and the attitudes of everyone we came into contact with made the experience feel even more like paradise. Chic Restaurant provided an excellent show , and we're very accommodating when it came to my allergies and intolerances. (As well as the other restaurants) 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway with their partner. Saw lots of single travellers, families and groups of friends as well. Lots of options for any type of vibe or experience . The drive from the airport is the most frustrating because you just want to get started ! I don't drink and the recommendations for mocktails was impressive. All the drinks were delicious.

We stayed in the overwater villa! Can’t say enough good things about this resort and room. The staff was incredible, made us feel right at home the moment we got there. The food was great, drinks were delicious and resort was beautiful. They were cleaning the property every hour to make sure it was in great shape. We did go during slow season so some pools were being worked on but that’s understandable. 5/5 stars and we will be back.

Amazing Birthday Experience at TRS Yucatan! My stay at TRS Yucatan was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. I received top-tier VIP treatment throughout my entire stay and truly felt like a queen for my birthday! My butlers, Jessica and Alexx, were incredible. They were attentive, professional, thoughtful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their exceptional service made my stay even more special. My Junior Suite with the ground-level pool was beautiful, luxurious, and extremely clean. The entire resort was gorgeous, especially the ocean pool and regular pool. The food was outstanding! Every restaurant we booked was amazing, and every plate was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. For my birthday, they even placed rose petals on my table at every dinner reservation, which was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. I felt celebrated my entire stay. The CHIC performance was phenomenal and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The spa was also beautiful and spotless. I had an amazing deep tissue massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Even getting around the resort was effortless. The golf cart service was magnificent, convenient, and added to the overall luxury experience. TRS Yucatan exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible food, beautiful accommodations, pools, entertainment, spa, and service, this was truly an unforgettable birthday vacation. A special thank you again to Jessica and Alexx for taking care of me!!!

I’ve traveled to Cancun every September for my birthday for the last 4 years. Every year, I visit a different hotel. I thought Secrets would be hard to beat, but TRS Yucatan was hands down my favorite resort so far! The staff are amazing in all departments, and the butlers are extremely helpful and thoughtful. I LOVE that they have a cart service available 24/7 to take you around the resort and to the other 3 neighboring resorts, and we’re now planning a big family trip there next year.

If you’re reading this review and thinking about booking—just do it! Go to TRS. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with champagne and warm, friendly hellos. One thing that really stood out was how, after nearly every interaction, the staff would say, “It is a pleasure.” Their kindness and hospitality felt genuine throughout our stay. Our butlers, Patricia and Belly, were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely clean and beautifully maintained. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I was especially impressed with the number of food options available to me. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and the chefs were happy to walk me through the buffet and explain which items were safe for me. Eduardo was also wonderful—very personable and incredibly helpful with our transportation. The infinity pool is gorgeous. Overall, the service, cleanliness, food options, and amazing staff made our stay truly special. I would absolutely recommend TRS!

We had a wonderful stay. The sink and the shelf was broken in our room and the pool ledge was broken. Our room was not as advertised or expected. Other than that we had a great time and the staff was amazing.
