Excellent location and beautiful views.

It was ok. The group that I was with said they’re never gonna come back because the service had gone downhill. They had come here every year for about five years. They said the hotel cut back on just about everything. The drinks were a week and the food was just OK. There’s no full day buffet like other all inclusive, but there are other restaurants. The beach were nice.. Unless you like soft drinks, they don’t cater to nonalcoholic customers.

Bedding had black curly hairs on it every single day despite being remade by housekeeping daily, staff was very nice and very accomodating. They don't advertise that you get one night only at Chianti and one night at Umami, otherwise you have to eat at the buffet which was borderline inedible. Breakfast was limited, should have more juice and coffee options maybe even some smoothies and everything under the heat lamps was cold. (also went to breakfast before 8 am every single day) Lastly about food is that the portions were small at the outdoor deck but luckily we could order more than one dish which we did daily. The pool seemed nice we didnt use it but the beach was absolutely stunning. Overall for the price it was totally fine, but construction on either side of the hotel was not only an eye sore but also noisy starting quite early in the morning.

The main pool was freezing the entire time we were there. Getting the elevators in working condition and lastly, if when someone checks in let them know if they don’t go down at five to make dinner reservations, they’re not gonna eat until like 9 o’clock.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean. The view was also very beautiful and looks like the pictures
