"The staff and food were amazing!! Give them 5 stars!! Very clean resort. The amenities were average. The gym was comparable to a hotel gym…couple items not working as they should. The nightly entertainment at the resort was kind of boring except for 45 hit songs in one show. The pool area was decent but open to the wind. They could use another bar for people to go to after dinner. A sports bar would be nice too. We had the ocean view junior suite…the view was fantastic but the room felt dated. Expect fantastic service and resort food that better than most. "

"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

"I give this a 6/10 for our stay. We did all inclusive in Jamaica last year and hands down better with no tipping allowed. The food wasn't the greatest and drinks weren't consistent unless you went to same bar tender. In room dining and pool food menus were wonderful. The grill in the middle for lunch don't miss it. Might be a 10 for some and just wouldn't go back to this location. Willing to try Cancun again but definitely a different all inclusive. The biggest let down is the restaurant that cost money and all the up charge menu items. "

"-Rooms: clean, but extremely dated. Everything felt wet (damp) in our room (sheets, towels, clothes, etc) we asked for a dehumidifier and they sent one up. It helped a lot but you have to empty the bucket 2-3 times a day which is kind of annoying. The water in the shower takes 5 minutes to even start getting hot. I love taking HOT showers so this was really disappointing for me. -Housekeeping: They do an excellent job cleaning your room everyday & turn down was great. -Food: The food was severely lacking. We are not foodies by any means and are not picky but most of the meals here were subpar. Everything at the buffets were cold or warm at best. If you want an omelet for breakfast prepare to stand in line for at least 15-20 minutes. Hibachi and the steakhouse were our favorite restaurants, although nothing to write home about. Room service was ok but the food was always cold/lukewarm by the time it got to us. -Drinks: they do not start serving alcohol until 11 (some places noon) which was really mind blowing at an all inclusive resort. You can get a pre mixed mimosa at the breakfast buffet but that’s it. For the price you pay it should not be difficult to get a drink before 11am if you so choose. Pool: we are beach people so we didn’t spend much time at the pool but if you want a chair get down there early. People start putting their towels/personal items on chairs before 7am. -Beach: the water was super calm with virtually no seaweed the first few days we were here. "
