"The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back! "

Juan (Pool Server): Made sure we never went without and kept everything perfect by the pool. Jonathan (Bartender): Hilarious and made our experience at the bar so fun. Javier (Preferred Bar): So nice, offered us tequila samples, crafted amazing drinks, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Our stay was blissful. The food was consistently delicious, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pools and property were so clean and well cared for.
