"I have stayed here numerous times for 1-2 weeks at a time and the food was better than before but could be warmer whether served or in buffet, the pool could be cleaned more often because the walls in the adult pool was dirty looking and water was taking on a green color, staff and property was better than past stays"

"Clean rooms, good place to stay with the beach access via bridge. Good snorkeling with lots of fish. Has a pool and jacuzzi. We needed a late checkout and they accommodated. Pool could use updating but for what you pay, great place to stay. "

"Room was clean and old but as expected, no air for 3 days even after several attempts to have it fixed. Buffet at breakfast is okay, lunch and supper is pretty poor. QR code menu is very good and was our go-to for meals. Specialty restaurant has potential. Some staff were amazing (Kevin at the swim up bar, activities staff and some waitstaff) others very rude, especially the front desk staff. I get they take the complaints constantly and I’m sure are tired of hearing negative things but rudeness from moment one when checking in doesn’t give a good first impression. Overall beach is wonderful and pools great. "

"The staff was really helpful. The food was delicious. Just note in order to get to this resort from the airport you need to take the ferry. Once on the island you can walk 20 minutes. The beach is on the other side about a 5 minute taxi ride. Enjoy! "

"The Royal level manager, Itzel, went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. While the food at the resort is not 5-star (compared to other resorts we've been to), there was always something we enjoyed eating. "

"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at restaurants around town. The only downfall to this property is the distance from the dives. In a slow boat it could take 45-1 hr. We also had a wonky shower that while it worked was difficult to get pressure through a large head. This is a wonderful place to stay and the beach is perfect!"
