"The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff. They are very friendly and tried to help however this property doesn’t look like anything advertised. The bed is made of cement and the mattress is hard. We can’t sit on the porch due to bats droppings and smells of bats. "

If the property to the left by Amura could have more respectful visitors for noise I would give it a solid 5* but as mentioned partying till 4 am is not appreciated. Waterports could be improved. Sup paddle was riveted incorrectly (asked for a different paddle and given one without a top - incredibly unsafe) and watched someone essentially sink themselves due to maintenance of sups. "This is a beautiful and private property in the jungle far from the crowds and noise. Perfect for a big family or group. Everything is new with great design features—huge pool and fully stocked kitchen We must not have been paying attention when we booked as we didnt realize the cabanas were way out of town and are a private estate without any services (there is a helpful caretaker Oscar on premises) but you are on your own for all food and drink.
