My overall experience at the hotel was very good in many aspects. The room was clean and well maintained, and I would like to sincerely thank Oscar from the housekeeping team for his excellent work and attention to detail. He made sure everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared throughout my stay. I would also like to recognize Alan, the restaurant manager at Club Solaris, for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests. He ensured everything ran smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The chef at Club Solaris also did an excellent job preparing the food, which was consistently delicious, well presented, and made with great care. In addition, Polina from the front office was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She always assisted with a positive attitude and made the check-in and overall experience much smoother. However, I did face an issue with my booking due to Spirit Airlines changing my flight dates. My flight on April 21 was cancelled and moved to April 13, which caused me financial loss as I had already paid for an extra night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer a refund for the unused night, even though the change was caused by the airline and not by me. Another issue was the noise in the room. The connecting door made it easy to hear loud talking and laughter from the next room, which disturbed my rest. Liked a huge pool not that crowded. Same with the beach. Too loud.

We had a wonderful stay at this large resort, which offers plenty of activities for families with young children. Our boys especially enjoyed the wired lounge after dinner, and the evening shows were a highlight for all of us. The food overall was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. We also loved the coffee shop, which had a great selection of snacks, desserts, and drinks. There were multiple pools with lots of space around them, making it easy to relax. The photoshoot experience was a special touch, and the morning gym classes felt almost like private sessions with only a few participants. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the beach. There was a noticeable fishy smell and quite a bit of seaweed, even though we visited in February, which is typically not peak season for it.
