Everything was great but the food was ok

New hotel, good restaurants, lots of pools and staff was great.

I was there during Christmas Holiday for solo trip. I was highly welcomed. Staffs took lots of nice photos of me in the lobby, swimming pool areas, and even on the beach. I was not alone. Also, all staffs in the restaurants and the bar were so kind and nice. Highly recommend this place !

The food and restaurants are outstanding. The hosts are genuinely caring, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There are outdoor grill stations every day, and the meals are not only delicious but also feel fresh and healthy. The swimming pools are beautiful, plentiful, and exceptionally clean. Overall, this truly is a great place to stay. That said, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were initially assigned a room that we did not book ,the worst room on the ground floor,described as a “garden view,” which it clearly was not. We had to spend one night there before finally being moved to the room we had paid for. During this time, we were told no other rooms were available, even though multiple rooms were clearly available on booking websites. Aside from this issue, the atmosphere among guests is wonderful. Everyone seems calm, respectful, and pleasant to be around, which adds to the overall experience.
