My business getaway

My stay was acceptable. There are minor defects, like the towel holder is broken, TV the remote was not working properly. The hotel is clean and well lit, great location, close by everything. I like it and will stay here again.

That i had a bed to sleep in for that night. I was supposed to come to cabos on November 1st and I came 1 day earlier, then i went were i was supposed to go riu palace, very BIG difference.

Not so nice as the pictures show

The hotel on the outside and the people that work there are excellent. The room inside is a different story. They are in need of remodeling bad! Holes on walls, dirty cracked floor tiles and lets just say the wifi is almost non existence. The shower head was also bad! Wouldn't really recommend this place.

The property is falling apart. The bedrooms smell funny and the showers are moldy. The pool was incredibly disgusting and the boy refuse to lend me the tool to clean it myself. He said he had already cleaned it! The water was so nasty that even a father took his kids out of the pool. The maids throw huge piles of bedding and wet/dirty towels over the balconies and some land in the pool. The personnel has the most horrible attitude and it is unsafe for anyone with kids to stay there. Anyone can be hurt by the huge bundles of towels/bedding thrown over the balconies. It just a hostile place. As oppose to Santa Fe Loreto where people are super friendly and place is very clean, we rented another place and never spent a Night there. We even checked out a day earlier as we only left bathing suits hoping that the pool would be cleaned. Don’t stay there.

El hotel esta bien pero si le hace falta mantenimiento a la alberca que fue mas que nada el motivo que fui para llevar a mi hijo, el desayuno incluido esta bien pero la fruta si estaba un poco ya madura y los hot cakes estaban un poco chiclosos por asi decirlo, la pantalla esta extremadamente chiquita para una habitacion de ese precio y tamaño de ahi todo lo demas esta bien
