You can get an inexpensive stay and is nice if you have a larger party especially with kids. The food, however, is horrible and please say expect to pay to eat elsewhere off the resort. Breakfast can maybe pass but lunch and dinner is not great. The staff are nice mostly, but if you eat at the pool area they tend to ignore you if you are a person of color. Not really sure why?? It happened to me repeatedly. The pool is nice. The rooms are dated there is no wifi outside of the lobby. You can drink all you want but it is not top shelf. Overall 3 out of 5 stars for being available as some may only be able to afford these type of accommodations to see the world. As for me, I will not return.

The workers were always polite and friendly. It was nice being able to rent a scooter and book excursion from the hotel. Also being able to use the bicycle, life jackets and snorkeling equipment were great! The vibe was like a family oriented place which was great! Visitors at the hotel were considerate and all enjoyed a restful and peaceful stay. There wasn’t people selling things or being on the face all the time! I recommend this resort.

The location is the best part about this hotel. Is walking distance from downtown. The big pool is also great. Not the bad part staff is not that friendly and the food was terrible.

The rooms are old, leaking water in the bathroom, clogged sink. Service friendly but slow. The worse was the food, not much to choose from and poorly prepared and presented. Watered down coffee and juices. Tiny gym with few old machines. No towels were offered. Small beach with few lounge chairs. The access to the water is through the metal staircase and it is slippery and it gets deep. Good for snorkeling and good swimmers. The hotel is not directly on the beach. You need to cross the street or go through the tunnel with lots of steps.

This hotel was on the older side, and that was ok. The little cove / beach was beautiful and we snorkeled almost every day. If you don’t have googled the lifeguard usually can let you rent a pair for less than $5 for a few hours. The views were gorgeous. The food was actually pretty good and their salsas were spicy and had flavor! Usually all inclusive resorts lack that. This isn’t a party hotel at all, which is what i wanted. I wanted to just relax. That being said i came with 2 other coworkers on our spring break. We had booked months in advance so I was confused upon check in when they didn’t give us rooms next to each other , let alone on the same floor. They said it was “whatever was available “ like ok? We booked in advance for a reason. The second issue was that the people in the room next to me were extremely loud for 3 nights in a row way past 1am. Screaming, laughing, music etc. i called security the first night and they came immediately. When this happened the second and third night, security did not come up and check with them like they did the first night. There were no accommodations given after not being able to sleep for a few days and did not want to move me rooms. We left a key in a room one night and it was annoying they couldn’t give us another one, they made you walk up with them and look for your key in the room. I probably would not stay again , the hotel was pretty run down and old and the service could be a lot better.

This was a nice stay! Great pool area, very clean facilities, friendly staff. A suggestion would be to have a few more things for teens to do - maybe a basketball court/ games room. Also, the fluorescent lighting in the restaurants is not warm/ inviting. Some soft, lower lights would add a lot to the ambience and make it less industrial- feeling. Overall, a good place, especially for the price.

We thought this place was well worth what we paid for. Clean rooms, VERY comfy beds and pillows, good food, and location was great for those (like us) that like to venture off resort and go downtown for live music and local restaurants. I suggest following Cosumelmusic.com which will give location, time, performers, and a map on how to get there! Staff were friendly, great place to snorkel right off of the beach, and coffee was great! Highly recommend this place. Shout out to Daniel the amazing bartender and Toni the entertainment king!

Rooms were average. There were no towels in our room the first day so we had to request them from the front. There is virtually no service at any of the meals especially breakfast or lunch at the buffet. At dinner, we were lucky to get excellent service from Miguel. The bartender by the pier was always great and so were the towel team by the pool. The store/pharmacy inside the hotel is a rip-off but you pay for the convenience. You can also walk 10 minutes for more stores if you need something that would undoubtedly be less of a rip off. We enjoyed borrowing the snorkelling gear from the resort and did so most of the days. Overall, I believe it’s a place to be if you enjoy snorkelling or water activities like scuba diving and not so much focussed on resort services.

This property is great I think if it is your first time at an all inclusive resort. The hotel itself is not on the beach directly, you have to cross the street or take the hotel tunnel underneath to go to the sea, it's a short walk. I say sea bc there is not a beach style entry into the ocean here. It is very rocky and has stairs to use. The snorkeling is pretty decent here and we loved the "ocean pools" there is two of them. When we were here there was a TON of divers, and they had a great fire show as entertainment one night. As for entertainment that was all I really did enjoy here. The room was a bit dirty when we checked in, we actually cleaned all the counter tops ourselves and when we needed towels we had to go and request them 2X. Alexis at guest services was very helpful with that. The front desk staff was also great. The young man and women who work in the on site coffee shop were phenomenal and so was the coffee! (Not part of the all inclusive, unfortunately, but worth it for sure!) The service here left a lot to be desired as far as the wait staff and having to ask for a room cleaning one of the days, pool big and decent, drinks decent, bartenders were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Pool needs a little tile work. Staff was so fun! Suny and Jessie were our favs for activities. The breakfast and lunch were pretty good. The snack bar at pool needs work! Terrible menu and food. You got rid of the club sandwich, burger dry and over cooked. No guacamole or chips and salsa on menu. Should also have decent nachos and maybe a couple more sandwiches. 2nd restaurant would be welcomed. Booze is ok. Could use a little better quality. No Wi-fi in the rooms is ridiculous. I would stay longer if I could work from my room. It’s 2026. Wi-fi is a must. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

Staff: Most staff were rude, inexperienced, not trained in customer service or just completely incompetent. Cleanliness: Sheets were disgusting, ghost ants all over the bathroom and the smell of mold was terrible. Had to change rooms to find one that I could actually breath in. Food: gross! Communication on property: non-existent or conflicting. This is more of a budget hotel than a resort.

The staff was really helpful. The food was delicious. Just note in order to get to this resort from the airport you need to take the ferry. Once on the island you can walk 20 minutes. The beach is on the other side about a 5 minute taxi ride. Enjoy!

Loved staying here! Staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the location worked well for us. Our room was larger than expected. The food was good for an AI. The snorkeling pool had a great variety of fish to see while we were there.

Rooms are a little dated but clean . Staff was great and food fantastic. People in room next to us were loud and rude but thats not resorts fault .

If you are between 20-35, this resort is not for you. No wifi in the rooms!! No direct beach access! Low quality of food and very dirty rooms

We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly.

Property was great and loved the all inclusive package. the reason why I did not rate this hotel with more stars is that there is no internet in the rooms. I was here for business and I had to move to the lobby to take calls, or connect to a pc!! It is 2026 and internet is not negotiable.

Have stayed at this resort 5or6 different times. This was the first time since 2016(we got married here) Things are different than before. Mostly good changes. The food was excellent. Better than the past.
The angel wings was a great thing to see. They use to have a gazebo there. We got married in that gazebo. The angel wings made me cry. My mom loved angels. She had already passed way when we wed there.
