If you are looking for a quiet couples getaway, this is your resort. Staff makes you feel like family. Service is amazing. They now offer activities like water aerobics, trivia, bingo, tequila tastings, and so much more. I highly recommend this resort.

If you are looking for a quiet couples vacation, this is the place. Staff is awesome. The resort is on the smaller side, but that's actually a plus. They have added activities since we were last there 25 years ago. The activities are a welcomed addition. Food was amazing. Rooms are large and well kept.

From the pool to the concierge to the bar and restaurants, the staff was wonderful. The resort ambience was very cute and almost storybook like with a “river” running through the middle. Beautifully kept grounds and the constant sound of running water just made for a very peaceful experience.

The property is very well taken care of. The rooms were very big and had proper amenities. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The property is quiet so if you’re looking for a nice relaxing and quiet atmosphere, this is the place. There weren’t many things happening. The only draw back is the food was not that great. I’ve had better options at other Barceló properties.

Excellent resort. Beautiful beach, great pools, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the grounds were meticulous. It would have been nice if the coffee machine in the restaurant by the beach had been turned on and pastries or something available before 7am for us early risers.

First time at this resort, everything was nice and clean, lots of relaxing time. Great staff that is working around the clock to please all tourists, especially Carlos that welcomed us almost every day at every meal, breakfast lunch and dinner, going extra miles to make us feel good and pleased. The concierge was also very helpful (Ricky) helping us with all questions and issues. The resort was so welcoming with a nice glass of champagne when we arrived and a nice sweet gift in the last day of our trip. If there is anything that I believe it can be improved is the meal plan. The food is good but not a huge variety. You can definitely find something to eat, but it's very repetitive and , if you stay 2 weeks, you kind of get tired of the same menu every day at each restaurant. Not just us but most of the people I talked to are missing the buffet option for dinner. You can only make reservation to a restaurant and this will take at least 1 hour and a half to deal with your dinner. Otherwise, one the most beautiful resort and the best relaxing time.

The staff were excellent! Overall, property is dated. Room needs improvement. The room we were in was a bit problematic! Sink backup, noisy! There’s a band that starts playing at 9:30 and ends at 11:00pm! We got sick with food poisoning when we ate at the Italian restaurant. Drinks and food were mediocre. Overall, it was not an excellent experience!
