"This was a smaller resort than I have stayed before. That made the service so much better! The staff were all pleasant and attentive. Everything was always clean. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool and water. It was really easy to get reservations to any of the restaurants. We tried them all and kept going back to The Mexican restaurant. We had our favorite waiter, Rafael! We tried the spa services too! One of the best massages we had. And excellent body scrub. They also have a circuit of sauna, cold plunge, steam & hot tub. I loved the cold plunge. We did a day excursion and we were easily picked up from our resort. There are also two ferry terminals within walking distance. If you like night life and shopping they are both steps away from the resort. This resort was excellent! "

"First stay at an all inclusive and it beat all expectations. We went in a slow season, and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The maid service every day was awesome. We had a couples massage at the Spa and it was wonderful and well worth the money. Food was delicious at every restaurant including the buffet. We received a free visit to Chef's Table specialty dining for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Bar drinks throughout the resort were good and strong. Bartenders are fast and attentive. The only small downside was the swim up bar and main pool bar closing at 6 PM everyday. That was pretty early for us as young adults. We did love that our building (furthest away from the main pool/beach access) had its own pool out front with a bar that was open late every day. All in all would recommend this resort to anyone. We had the time of our lives."

"Bait and switch! This place is nothing but an old broken down hostel pretending to be a hotel. They advertise private beach and private beach bar that doesn’t exist they are blocks away from the beach. They advertise breakfast included it’s not even a full continental at sweet bread and coffee and what used to be the communal kitchen. The gaps on the doors and the windows do not keep pests out and do not keep air-conditioning in. We booked the room for four people we were given no soap and two tiny bottles one shampoo one conditioner and two towel towels. When we asked for more we were literally told no that’s all they will provide. There are gaping holes behind the air-conditioning unit for pest to get in. Everything is rusted and dirty there is no bathmat towel and the showerhead comes so far out the floor floods no matter what you do. There’s no hand towels no washcloths for your face. The full-size fridge is not it’s a mini fridge and it barely works. The full-size refrigerator is in the communal kitchen from when it used to be a hostel. The electrical wiring is bad the bathroom light kept going in and out so you could be taking a shower in the dark and have to wait for it to decide to work again. No remote was provided for the supposed free premium streaming services. When we asked for them to switch the box we were told they could not do it. The lady in the office didnt care the only bright spot was Gabby from housekeeping. Not even on my brokest day would I stay again"

"Honestly, it was a bad experience. I booked two rooms, but they were assigned on different floors, and due to hotel policy, the key cards did not allow access to other floors. The first night was a mess during check-in. The staff showed a lack of acknowledgment, and the keys were constantly malfunctioning, sending us back to the front desk multiple times to have them reprogrammed. 😞"
