"Fantastic stay! The staff was wonderful- Jesus and Jose who were our waiters by the pool made our time there extremely comfortable. The food was fantastic at the de la carte restaurants. We only ate at the buffet a couple of times but it was good too. Drinks well made. The coffee spot was fantastic with a great selection of drinks and pastries. All in all- wonderful stay. Will def be coming back! "

"Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del Carmen ."

"The property was gorgeous. It was never very good for someone with mobility issues. They had no dinner buffets, the food options ib our opinion were not good at all. We even ate outside of the resort because the food was not good. We got served water with no ice constantly. I paid for a swim out pool and the ladder only had 2 small steps which we could barely get in and out. The staff was all very friendly. Overall I just probably wouldn’t return because of the price I paid wasn’t worth it with everything we experienced"

"I was very pleased with the family condo I stayed in. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, complete kitchen, even a washer for the clothes. I was dissapointed when I learned at check-in that they come to clean only every 3 days and if you want clean towels outside of those days you need to pay 15 USD and order them 24 hs in advance. On top of that one of the days they were supposed to come to clean they did not come, did not replace towels, toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Gladly the front desk gathered some towels and tissue for us till next day. The receptionist that registered us the first day was not nice. She seemed aggravated by us refusing to wear a 24/7 bracelet that she wanted to put on us and said we could not take it off during our whole vacation so security would not give us any problems to get into the building. I requested to just have them in my purse instead, which seemed to irritate her. The rest of the staff we interacted with were always pleasant and helpful, and never once were we asked to show the bracelet in question. "

"Staff were great! The property though is tired and needs some investment in. A/C, ceiling fan, lack of outlets, poor lighting and minimal security in our room. The pools were getting rundown, especially the rooftop. Bartender was good considering lack of English. Location is great. Complimentary breakfast a nice touch."
