Amazing, friendly, always smiling staff and a charming property in the centre of town but with a peaceful, shaded, plant-filled garden and three pools. Room was well furnished if a little rough around the edges in finish, but given the price this is not a complaint at all (it did however have A/C and a fridge). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. A lovely relaxing stay and far better than being on 5th Avenue

I just love staying here. This was my third time, and i will come back again. Sad that there is no longer a hot tub, and normally it doesn't bother me that there is no working elevator because im a fit person and the stairs are good exercise. However, this time i got a large tattoo on my leg and wished there was an elevator haha The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything i need, staff is a 10/10 absolutely lovely people that id like to call my friends at this point. (Please reach out anytime! I'd love to stay in touch) Breakfast next door is really good and the wait staff is fantastic as well. Location is excellent, i can quickly walk to anything i need or want to see. I love this place. Its charming, homey, lovely.

The Hotel itself is very unassuming, but inside, is BEAUTIFULL! warm, inviting, friendly, private secure underground parking, and the staff were amazing. We had a small issue with our air conditioner and they switched or room without question apologised profusely for the inconvenience and even gave us a wonderful bottle of wine. overall I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a great price and SUPER conveniently located right next to the town square with all kinds of food vendors and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with access to some of the best restaurants Mexico has to offer!

The staff was courteous and generally helpful. The room was fairly clean - bath, shower and floors. The bedside lamps were dusty inside the shades - the bulbs included. We were not thrilled with the excursion service “Easy travel”. Our outing to Chichén Itza was not at all easy so don’t use them!
