"The only reason we didn’t give an Excellent rating was because of the beach due to the seaweed. It seems like it would be a beautiful beach if not for the sea weed. Also, everyone was great from the staff at the resort to the tour guides. These guys don’t get paid a lot and tips really help! And if you tip please tip them something that’s decent. Some guy on our tour tipped the our driver only $2! After he drove us around and waited on us all day. Some people at the resort wouldn’t leave a tip after dinner! We always tipped the servers at dinner, at buffet, drink waitress and bar tender. If you can afford to stay at such a nice place you can afford to tip. Just because it’s all-inclusive doesn’t mean you shouldn’t tip. Don’t be a tight wad!!"

"Check in process was super slow. Can be improved. Resort is super lux and clean. Staff are overall very polite and helpful. Kids club did not have much for kids ages 9-12. There was one day with power outage but was fixed immediately. Would definitely consider coming back! Definitely a paradise!"

"This was such an amazing and memorable trip! It was so cool to be integrated into the jungle! My 5yo loved all the coati, iguanas, birds, monkeys, and turtles. Kids club staff was awesome, face painting was a big deal. This is a big resort so we did a lot of walking. The rooms were nice and big. If we went back I would have tried to stay closer to the main areas. We didn’t spend much time at the beach but didn’t really need to. There was always so much to do. Loved the juice bar and pottery painting by the pool. Elmer the bartender was awesome, we had one of his “eggs” every day! The carnival on Fridays was such a cool surprise! I wish the pool bars and kids club stayed open a little later, but I understand why they don’t. Dinners were fun and omg the shows were incredible!!! Also the photographers were awesome, but the photos are very pricey. I highly recommend and would definitely go back."

"This property is immaculate with beauty in every corner. So many wonderful amenities and the food is top notch. Great drinks too, they will make anything you want! Pools are all awesome. Staff is AMAZING- shoutout to our butler David who helped every step of the way. And Ruben at Pelicanos who served us a wonderful breakfast every morning. Arranging transportation to and from the airport was so easy and stress free. The spa is very elegant. Only downfall is there is very little beach left but you don’t even miss it. We have been to this property 3 times over the past 10 years and will be back!!"
