“I can’t complain about anything. It was a great resort. We had a great vacation. Well, the people selling the excursions were a little shady. They told us our excursion started at 3:30 and in reality it started at 2:30. I was skeptical so we arrived early fortunately.”

“룸 내부 화장실은 조금 오래된면이 있고, 샤워기가 고정형인것 빼곤 아주 좋은 숙소입니다 수영장이 넓고 좋아요~ 구명조끼가 구비되어 있는게 정말 좋은 장점입니다!! 체크아웃이후 4시까지 시설 이용가능하고 샤워실도 있어서 아주 좋았어요 비치가 너무 예쁘고 월풀 수영장에 앉아 바다를 바라보면 정말 황홀한 광경입니다^^ ”

“먼저 도착하면 직원들이 친절하게 짐을 모두 받아 주고 전 AQUA CLUB 를 사용을 해서 5층에서 앉아서 체크인을 했습니다. 이게 정말 편하고 좋더라구요. 점심 전이여서 간단한 요기도 하구요.객실도 깨끗하고 에어컨이 잘되어 있어서 더운 날씨에도 아주 편했답니다.특히 좋았던것은 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 식당에서 일하는 직원들 너무 친절하고 맛있는 음식 추천이 너무 좋았습니다. 지금도 음식 생각에 입에 침이 고입니다. 우리 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 앞으로도 시간이 된다면 방문하고 싶은 호텔 입니다. 그리고 스타벅스가 P층에 있는데 마음 편하게 커피를 즐길 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.해변도 깨끗하고 수영장 물관리도 잘되어 있었습니다.”

“The Dolphin View room had an unpleasant musty smell. The bed sheets were clean, but they were faded and looked worn out. The room itself felt outdated, which made the overall stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The “mini bar” was barely a mini bar at all — it only included one bag of chips, a small pack of peanuts, and one pack of Oreos. “숙소에서 제공하는 뷔페 음식들이 대체적으로 맛있고, 호텔도 깔끔하고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 화장실 물이 잘 내려가지 않고 오션뷰 방을 선택해 요금을 더 지불했는데, 바다 전망이 거의 보이지 않았습니다. 또한 주변에 볼거리가 거의 없었습니다.”
