“The service was amazing; however most restaurants were closed and the beaches were covered in mounds of seaweed. As such, we couldn’t enjoy the beaches or the ocean. Some of this was seasonal, but we were never notified of the limitations and reduced amenities. We couldn’t even book many of the excursions due to the seaweed and oceans. Additionally, several areas and amenities were under construction with no notification.”

“We enjoyed our stay here, but noted some issues with bathroom cleanliness and quality of the food available. We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.”

“We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah overall and really enjoyed our vacation. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food, pools, and beach all contributed to a wonderful experience. The main area that needs improvement is the butler service. While the butlers were courteous, I often had to ask multiple times for the same requests before they were completed. Response times were also inconsistent, and there were...

“The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly. ”
