"Everything was nice about the resort. We enjoyed our stay there. Unlike other reviews I think food was good and the wildlife was great. Beach was not great because of the sargassum but hotel crew were trying to clean it everyday. It is a great trip and we enjoyed it."

"Great staff. Clean room and property. Pools were good, but not great. Kids’ water park was good (kids said the waterslides had too many bumps on the way down). Food was below average. We were excited to do tepanyaki multiple nights but it was not worth a return. The steakhouse was our favorite of the restaurants. Nightly entertainment was very good for both kids and adults. All in all a 3.7/5."
