“This is the 5th different all inclusive resort I’ve been to in Mexico and I will never try another. The Valentin Imperial will be my new “home away from home.” Everything was perfect. The ONLY recommendation I would have is to add a few fans for light air flow in non-air conditioned restaurants.”

“The stay was decent. I don’t want to fully complain because overall I had a good time but honestly the little things sometimes matter to me. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk back and forth from the lobby if I needed something. There were mosquitoes and gnats flying in the room - I was bit multiple times.
