"Big thanks to Sara the concierge for arranging the happy birthday balloons in my room. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The food needs improvement but most all inclusive’s don’t have impressive food. The room service food was good though. The lady that was taking care of me during my spa pool time, appreciate her."

"The hotel is beautiful and the beach couldn’t be any more convenient and safe. The drinks were great and the food decent. Well, the tacos were amazing. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a reservation during my stay and only had three choices for dinner."

"Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing"

"The room was clean and comfortable, though the phone didn’t work at all. The pools were clean and accessible but the amount of room at the pool bar in the water itself was very limited and provided little to no opportunity to use it. The staff were great and friendly and very helpful. The buffet was mediocre and not nearly as good as many I’ve been to. The Italian restaurant was terrible, staff was short and run thin. There was a bread/cheese bar that we were never offered, the food tasted like it came from a frozen dish put in a microwave and the meal took way longer to finish due to the lack of staff. We used the spa services and were very satisfied. I give it a 4/5 because the staff were great, otherwise it would’ve earned a 3.5."
