Pedro, the manager of the restaurant always makes sure you are receiving the best possible treatment. Out butler, Ariz, was great as well, always available with the best attitude to help. Belen from privilege Lounge, Antonio from the pool bar, Lizbeth the pool waitress, Jorge from the privilege office and Ronaldo from the Italian reataurant were all amazing. The food at this resort was great, the cleaning service always had the areas spotless, and the convenience of having everything closed by made our stay the perfect family vacation."
