"Our 5 night 6 day stayed turned into 1 night and we checked out and moved to a different resort The beach was terrible, our room and the entire resort smelled of sewer. The resort’s solution to our smelly room was a toilet bowl freshener in the vent. Now our room smelled like a dirty bathroom. The entire staff at the resort were rude and unhelpful. A true disappointment! We were unable to get a refund or any sort of compensation."

"This was a beautiful resort! The grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. The entire staff was great and very attentive. The pools were fun, bars were all very good and we enjoyed all the restaurants. With a group of 10 we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get reservations. The entertainment was better than the last 3 resorts we’ve been to. We had a wonderful time and will return in the future!"

"We had the Jr suite with the pool and it was amazing! The rooms was huge! It had a big jet tub for 2 people, walk in shower, dual sinks, and lots of closet space. The staff was so friendly and everyone spoke English very well. There are activities every day plus access to the beautiful beach, and lots of pools to enjoy. There is a large variety of restaurants and food plus the chefs will accommodate your dietary needs and preferences. The drinks are all top shelf alcohol and plenty of non alcoholic drinks. Your concierge will stock your fridge with whatever you like too. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but at least we were able to order ergonomic pillows from room service at no charge. There's 24 hour room service, which was amazing! It was our 1st time doing and all inclusive resort and we are hooked! We really felt like royalty here. Just such a great experience and would highly recommend. Just note that they are selling kind of like a time share here but they did not pressure us to do it. It was like a spa coupon book if you have them sit with you to explain the packages. We simply said no thanks and that was that. I still think this was well worth the money. It was safe here too. Not 1 worry at all!"

"The staff were amazing -- Melanie, Erik and Andres for entertainment were fantastic. Veni for service was wonderful. Carlos best bartender. Aaron was an amazing concierge. We had a great stay. My biggest complaint was the gym. Every lower body machine was broken and folks have said its like this for many months. Also NEED air conditioning in Azure restaurant. It was so uncomfortable in there. Otherwise great time. "

"Our second time and we had such a fun and memorable experience. The awesome entertainment staff- Vivi, Suzi, Gustavo, Moses and Victor ( I’m sure I forgot someone) kept things lively and upbeat. The daily entertainment they provided was fun and lively and the evening shows were well done. I also really appreciated the lifeguards whom were so friendly and helped out so much when needed. Of course, I cannot forget to mention the bartenders. The bartenders were so pleasant and accommodating and made great drinks. Finally, the restaurant staff are so hardworking and friendly and the food was great. Our favorite were the Baja tacos and fajitas! Exceptional! There were a few minor issues - such as the sea weed that had a horrible smell. The staff worked hard to keep up with maintenance but the ocean won every time."

"The entire hotel and rooms were super clean, kind staff, many clean pools, excellent food at the main dining hall. Restaurants were a little disappointing though which was fine given the ample options available at the dining hall. Highly recommend this resort!"
