"I loved this property, but in low season the service goes down , foods are lower quality , room toiletry items like shower cap not exist or if you ask for princess blue bag for beach the concierge tell you there are part of group package and not included in platinum hotel , strange this is not my first time only now see these issues , also the restaurant A/C not working in the 36 degree temp which make the food not enjoyable"

"I loved my stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen. For anyone considering this resort here is basic information: less than 3 minute walk to 5th Ave, property grounds is clean, lush with trees, flowers, plants, staff on all levels were warm / welcoming and the room suite and spa were clean."
