"Overall I would stay here again. Food was ok, access to the other property restaurants was a nice option. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Loved all the wildlife we were able to see while there. Had a great time with all the different classes and activities they offer. Best of all no kids at this property!"

"Family friendly first resort with amenities fitting of a family vacation. The quality of service was great and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and we had a few nights with some surprises for the kids courtesy of the family concierge option. Drawbacks were limited options at buffet however the majority of the restaurants options were great."

"Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream! We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel not only organised wine and dessert on our arrival, but also offered a complimentary dinner at their fine dining restaurant, which we greatly enjoyed and appreciated. The only significant detractors from the experience was vast amounts of seaweed, which created a horrible smell and made the beach inaccessible, and being approached immediately and repeatedly to visit a sister hotel for a sales presentation. Thankfully, the pools were super clean and we loved the swim-up bar. Overall, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend the hotel for a luxurious and pleasant stay!"

"We had an ocean view room which meant that a big loud truck would come every day starting at 7:30am to clean the ocean from sargassum. The loud noises were very annoying when you were trying to sleep. I would not recommend upgrading to an ocean view room during this season. Be aware that the hotel credit that you receive for being an Expedia VIP is not very usable. The hotel has a lot of restrictions on how you can use it. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My favorite part of this hotel was their coffee shop."

"This is an amazing all inclusive for families and couples and even for a solo trip. The resort is kept very clean. Staff is always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The check process was very smooth. Ricardo was great and took the time to explain everything to us. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely breath taking. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are amazing. House keeping does an amazing job everyday keeping the rooms clean and ensuring that we had enough towels and products during our stay. The resort has three major pools. One when the water sides and a kid area, and two huge pool areas with swim up bars. All were kept clean, easy to get towels and the drinks were great. There is a main buffet for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely great and a huge variety. You can eat there everyday and not have the same thing twice. For dinner, there’s 7 restaurants to choose from. Just make sure you make your reservation at the concierge desk. Magdanela is there and she is fabulous. Took the time to explain all the different restaurants and what they offer and she can also make any special recommendations and requests you may have happen. I was able to plan a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife and have a cake come out at the end. All thanks to her! Also there is an all you can eat ice cream bar. The gym is absolutely great Spa was also a very nice experience And the shuttle service to drive you around the resort."
