"Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Great entertainment at main pool. Swim out room very relaxing at pool. Great food. Plenty of night time entertainment. Excellent churros! Be sure to ask about different shots at the pool bar. Fun to try them all. We have been to a dozen different AI resorts. I have gotten pretty picky. The only con I have about this experience is the dress code for the restaurants at night (which the rules are very clear) i would just prefer to wear shorts. The other con is the gym onsite; it is too small and needs more equipment."

"AMAZING family friendly experience from start to finish Our stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya - All Inclusive was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived everything looked exactly like the pictures and in many ways even better in person. The property was beautiful well maintained and very welcoming for families. The rooms were clean spacious and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was cleaned each morning and in the evening staff returned to turn down the beds and prepare the room for a relaxing night which made the experience feel extra special. This resort is also very kid friendly with so many activities and options to keep children entertained throughout the day. There was always something for them to do which made it easy for the adults to relax and truly enjoy the vacation as well. The pools, beach, water park, dining options, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Everything felt organized, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. A special thank you to Samanya for going above and beyond with our dinner reservations and thoughtful surprises for our kids and anniversary. She truly made our stay unforgettable. We also appreciate Miguel for his constant help and kindness throughout our visit. Overall, this was an amazing vacation for adults and kids. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming all inclusive experience. The Springs Family"

"Our 5 night 6 day stayed turned into 1 night and we checked out and moved to a different resort The beach was terrible, our room and the entire resort smelled of sewer. The resort’s solution to our smelly room was a toilet bowl freshener in the vent. Now our room smelled like a dirty bathroom. The entire staff at the resort were rude and unhelpful. A true disappointment! We were unable to get a refund or any sort of compensation."

"This was a beautiful resort! The grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. The entire staff was great and very attentive. The pools were fun, bars were all very good and we enjoyed all the restaurants. With a group of 10 we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get reservations. The entertainment was better than the last 3 resorts we’ve been to. We had a wonderful time and will return in the future!"

"We had the Jr suite with the pool and it was amazing! The rooms was huge! It had a big jet tub for 2 people, walk in shower, dual sinks, and lots of closet space. The staff was so friendly and everyone spoke English very well. There are activities every day plus access to the beautiful beach, and lots of pools to enjoy. There is a large variety of restaurants and food plus the chefs will accommodate your dietary needs and preferences. The drinks are all top shelf alcohol and plenty of non alcoholic drinks. Your concierge will stock your fridge with whatever you like too. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but at least we were able to order ergonomic pillows from room service at no charge. There's 24 hour room service, which was amazing! It was our 1st time doing and all inclusive resort and we are hooked! We really felt like royalty here. Just such a great experience and would highly recommend. Just note that they are selling kind of like a time share here but they did not pressure us to do it. It was like a spa coupon book if you have them sit with you to explain the packages. We simply said no thanks and that was that. I still think this was well worth the money. It was safe here too. Not 1 worry at all!"
