"The pros: Beautiful pools on the impressions side. The meals at Cielo and Bisou were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was great - we did the 80 minute massage and 50 minutes of hydrotherapy. The resort was not crowded at all and we never had an issue getting seated poolside. The cons: Made the mistake of doing one of their timeshare presentations - they were rude and condescending. We spoke with other guests at the resort who had similar experiences with the rude selling tactics. Many of the restaurants offered some meals for an extra charge which was frustrating. The Butler service was ok. It was not a real butler service but they were nice and tried their best."

"Nice resort clean and well taken care of , only issue AC didn’t work well , we told front desk 2 days into trip and they called day before we were leaving to switch our room at that point we were leaving next morning, food and restaurants were great as well as the entertainment, and shuttle to 5th ave is nice to have"
