"My very large suite was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Honestly my room was not very clean. The floors are not mopped they are swept with a dirty swifter. I know because i watched and asked why. It’s not the staffs fault. This come above and in the training. I have stayed in other Oberoi properties that were better kept. The common areas are kept up and constantly cleaned where as my suite was a little sticky. The staff as always are amazing, kind and sweet and professional. the choice of restaurants lots to choose from, you don’t need to leave the premises if you have back to back meetings there are plenty to choose from. IMrs. Chows a new addition and was good."
