"Clean room and nice staff"

"I stayed a total of six nights at Principado Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown in the Retiro district, making it extremely walkable. There are unlimited shopping options just minutes away, with Galerías Pacífico only a few blocks from the hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with very comfy beds. A minibar and snacks are available, which is a nice convenience after a long day out. Despite the central location, the hotel remains surprisingly peaceful. The staff truly stand out — super helpful and accommodating. Online check-in was easy, and luggage storage was available, which made arrival and departure days stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, Principado Downtown is an excellent choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and outstanding location in Buenos Aires. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The room was very clean.The king sized bed was very comfortable. Diana welcomed us when we arrived and was excellent at explaining everything to us and even had some dining recommendations for us. The hotel is very well situated for nearby restaurants. Will.definetly stay here again."
