"The staff is awesome. We had a problem with the toilet running non stop and no hot water. These were fixed immediately when we reported it. There are tours, shuttles, trails and
parks nearby. We don’t golf but still found plenty of things to do."

"Great time in family. Options of activities are amazing for visitors from countries without Tropical Forest.
We saw monkeys, sloths, butterflies, more than 15 different birds, ñeques, gato solo.
Quality food in Buffet- good
Price on cocktails - high but understandable. This is a family oriented hotel.
Pet Friendly - amazing for families that enjoy stay with their
pets been responsibles with them. It is a wild area so
pets cant be without their leash.

"I chose this property as I wanted to be close to Miraflores Locks. I was not disappointed with my decision with the selection of the hotel. The property itself was very impressive, clean and well maintained. The hotel room as well as the Lobby area was very pleasing. Most importantly the staff - Fransisco, Bianca made me feel welcome and well attended to . Will surely stay here during my next visit"

"The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone."
