“We booked the Supreme Room and it was amazing! It had a great view and was very spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was so nice and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on where to go to eat, party and sightsee. They were always available if we had questions too. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, out longest ride was about 18 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Panama City, we truly enjoy every bit of it.”

“The staff were great. The resorts needs updating. The breakfast buffet was good but the Ala carte restaurants were not so good. ”

The staff was terrible, according to their rules, double reservations is not allowed by the same person, which is something stupid if you want to make reserve a separate room for your kids. I have been traveling for over 20 years and I have never had this issue before at any hotel except this one. It was a total waste of time during check in.”

“시설이 너무 안좋아요 3일동안 2일을 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못했습니다 청소는 3일동안 한번해주었습니다 수영장은 너무 빨리끝난다 금고는 처음부터 문이 잠겨있어 사용을 못했다 전반적으로 직원은 친절하지만 모든 시설은 열악하다 아마도 3박 4일중 우리에게 2박은 다시 투숙하게 해주어야할것이다”
