I spend two days and the the customer service was awesome. We'll polite and patient. We got time to check in before our check in time and the room was clean. The breakfast was good for the money . We enjoyed it all at hotel terranova. See us again shortly.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently nice throughout our trip. The property itself is very nice and offers a great environment for all types of travelers. Location & Transportation The area surrounding the hotel feels both safe and quiet, yet offers fantastic nightlife even on weekdays. Getting around couldn’t be easier—it's just a short walk to the metro station, and there's a taxi stand close by. While we didn't have a vehicle, street parking seemed fairly straightforward if you get a spot early. Dining & Features The dining options at the property were very good. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool—it's very kid-friendly during the day, making it great for families, but transitions into a very cool, romantic spot at night. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and ambiance. Highly recommended!

This was my second trip to Panama. While it was not 100% it was still enjoyable. The staffs did try to be as helpful as possible but compared to the pics online and the actual place is was very different. There is a need for basic amenities like an iron for instance and maybe a stove that guests can use for daily task. Even tho there lacked such basic things the hotel was well kept and the rooms were being cleaned daily with change of towels and such which I found to be a good thing.

Its exactly what you can expect for the price. Photos does it justice and the placed looked exactly as pictured. The room had a really weird smell between sewer and humidity but my nose got used to it pretty fast, nonetheless it was really clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. The room itself was spacious and the views were really nice.

The area around the hotel is great. There are many restaurants. The hotel is OK for the cost. I killed two roaches in my room. There are no lamps in the room. The room is very basic. The bathroom was OK and the shower worked very well, which is important to me.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but I feel it is a very good value for the price. Easy check in, rooms are clean, and the restaurant has a limited menu but gives tasty meals. I also feel the Flan is excellent. The hotel has a pool on the roof, that lets you have a pretty view of the city.
