Our stay at Las Clementinas was amazing. The ambiance, decor, and central location to all things in Casco Viejo made our trip magical. Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. I would stay here ten times over.

The best patio experience. The sun deck was a plus to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend the apartments. There is so much room! THe staff are the best and whatsapp is so convenient to communicate.

Great location and a lot of space!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I had a huge space on the second floor. The bathroom had all the amenities of a hotel. Full kitchen was great. I made my own coffee every morning. Location was great. No complaints.

Beautiful property reflecting the old world charm of Casco Viejo. Parking can be an issue, but there is nearby parking for $15 per night. The Mahalo restaurant is very nice with a charming outdoor patio seating area.

A place with character & prime location

This older hotel has a quaint, nostalgic vibe that adds to its charm. Our room was spacious and included a kitchen. The location was ideal, providing easy access to many tourists sites we wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the rooftop area.

Gem in Casco Viejo

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, and the location was perfect for having a ton of options of places to walk to in Casco Viejo. We stayed on a Saturday night so the club nearby was bumping music pretty late, but the air unit drowned it out a long with our white noise machine! The restaurant attached to the building was delicious and the patio was very cute. We will definitely be staying again

Definitely recommend

Such a great hotel. Has been amazingly restored and has a wonderful courtyard patio and rooftop patio. The best part is it is also connected to the Mahalo restaurant on the ground floor which is great for breakfast (or any meal) and has maybe the best courtyard in the city.

With just a few tweaks, we'd rate as excellent...

I'll begin with why our overall score is good vs excellent (but do read to the end!): we arrived slightly ahead of schedule and waited over an hour (even with our calling) to be picked up by the driver we had arranged for with Las Clementinas. It was frustrating.Taxis came and went; we waited, not knowing what a taxi would charge us. FYI, an uber back to the airport was cheaper but we were paying for the convenience of someone waiting for us with our names on their sign. Secondly, we were grateful for air conditioning in our suite, but it was located in the bedroom and very loud. We stayed one additional night in a room vs suite on our way home. The ac was not located in the room, but adequately cooled and was much quieter. Not a "ding" but just be aware: front desk personnel speak English to varying degrees. We were able to communicate adequately. Now the great stuff: staff is very friendly, the suite and room were very spacious, welcoming and cool style. Loved the attached restaurant/bar (Mahalo)! Very good food and enjoyed dining on the outside patio. Great location! Easy to get wherever we wanted to go. We always stay in the "old town" wherever we go if there is one and the location did not disappoint. Great restaurants and bars, plazas for people watching and hanging out, and fun shops - all easily walkable. Always felt safe. P.s. no elevator but someone did help get our bags to our room.

Great location and super helpful staff. They allowed us to check our bags early before check-in which was greatly appreciated. The unit is spacious and was perfect for our needs. The single bathroom is off the bedroom which may be a concern for some but was not a problem for us.

In itself it is a very nice hotel and we had a very spacious room. But having to climg 6 stairs every time was a drag, so be aware there is no elevator. Also, our AC made a rediculous amount of noise and there was hardly any option to control it.
