Wonderfully remote
Wonderful lodging with amazing views. This is a great place to get away from the bustle of Boquete. The isolation is mediatative.

Vinimos un fin de semana con mi hija de 7a y mi madre de 85a y nos sentimos a gusto. Mi madre no tenía problemas para movilizarse y mi hija se sintió segura pese a estar en las montañas. Las habitaciones están limpias y son muy acogedoras. El desayuno complementario sobrepasó nuestras expectativas

Aventura decepcionante en Tree Trek Hotel
Mi esposo y yo estuvimos por un dia. Cuando llegamos ya era la 1:30p.m. y preguntamos si podiamos hacer el check in. La recepcionista dijo No podian por que el check in era a las 3:00 p.m. Le pregunte si podiamos dejar las maletas y caminar por las instalaciones; respondio que solo podiamos caminar cerca de las instalaciones porque los senderos que se veain eran solo para los tours. Muy poca areas verde para caminar estando en las montanas. Nos dieron el cuarto 3:05p.m. Despues nos dimos cuenta que los que estaban en ese cuarto no hicieron el check out a las 12:00p.m como se suponia que fuera. Al entrar al cuarto use el bano y mi sorpresa, el dispensador del agua no funcionaba correctamente, el agua seguia corriendo y no paraba de echar agua. Tampoco tenian jabon para lavarse las manos. Llamamos a recepcion , mandaron a una persona de mante nimiento y lo unico que hizo fue poner la bola que esta en el tanque de agua para que no botara mas agua. So, cada vez que teniamos que usar el bano teniamos que arreglar la bola que va en el tanque de agua con nuestras manos. Le pregunte que el cuarto no tenia jabon y me dijo que no ponen jabon desde la pandemia. Nos teniamos que lavar las manos con gel para banarse. Nuestra experiencia no fue grata en este hotel.

Comfortable and well-organized home base for various unique activities in the cloudforest. Food and service were great. Free shuttle service from and back to Boquete greatly appreciated.

The food and wait staff were excellent.The scenic presentation was over the top. The lack of hot water, near nonexistent wifi in the habitation rooms # 8 specifically and non functional tv was disappointing. Sure you don’t go to a place like that for internet access but it is well noted in other reviews. There are Hummingbird feeders only in one locked area. ( rum tour) There are a lot of species to be viewed but not available for guests at the facilities. Still despite these things it’s well worth a visit and stay.

Great service, clean rooms and areas, amazing view, best beds I slept in during my whole trip in Panama. Restaurant and activities on site with breakfast and parking included. Loved the cabin!

Cold
This review is to help possible visitors. Tree Trek is high and it gets cold. The units do not have heat. We came to Panama to get away from the cold so this was not for us. The internet did not work in our unit. It would connect and work for a few minutes and then lose signal. We did the zipline and the bridges and enjoyed the experience but recommend saying down closer to town and coming up for the adventure. Did not have hot water either. We had 3 days reservation and changed to one day after we experienced the no heat or internet. They refunded the 2 nights we did not stay. I felt they were honorable but just not what we needed.

El lugar tiene una vista increíble. Las cabañas son muy bonitas, el personal muy amable. Los tours están ahí mismo. Lo único malo es el restaurante, tarda muchísimo, la comida regular y horario limitado

Excelentes vistas y ambiente, muy acogedor, buen clima, personal atento, nos encantó el lugar; algo alejado para el que quiere disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza es perfecto o para el que desea hacer algo más aventurero como el canopy.
