“1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. “I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. “The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. Restaurant and bar downstairs serve great food and drinks. Almost like you don’t want to go anywhere since it’s the best spot to hang out and chill. A bit tricky to find from Belgrade airport. “This is a very well appointed luxury hotel very close to the center of Pancevo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I hope to stay again!”

“The hotel is average, the room is small. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom is old and a little dirty. The location is terrible and breakfast is not good. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. Overall, definitely not worth the price and I would not stay there again. ”

“The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.”
