Quiet, quaint not modern but peaceful, comfortable

Common nice provincial resort, not modern with WiFi but irregular signals. 2 minutes walk to the alona beach and 5 minutes to the busy street restaurants and shops. Quiet and safe place with air conditioner. Has outdoor 2 showers and 2 faucets to shower and wash feet before entering room. Has outdoor communal kitchen/ sink. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Simple but charming stay in cottages

Simple but charming stay in cottages. You feel that you are close to nature, and it’s pretty quiet. You can walk to the beach or to the main road, the only thing I didn’t like was that it was a dirt road with stones and small potholes and it could get wet and muddy during rainfall. Also the road was pretto dark at night but luckily there were no street dogs at this road.

Value for money

Awesome place. Amazing price. Ataff to help you with everything. Downtown is a 10 min walk in one direction and the beach is 4 mins in the other direction. Ok wifi. Free water. Warm shower and room cleanee when you want. Superb value for money.

Value for money, no toiletries

Great stay and value for money. Few minutes walk to the beach, very bumpy road going there by tuktuk or tricycle. No toiletries, bring your own. They only provide towel. They have water dispenser for hot and cold water

certainly, this hotel was old, no TV. I went to Bohol for diving, so quiet room war good for me. To beach, 1-2min, by walkig. To diving shop were lot aroud there. 7-11 was on the beach, So I could buy luncher there. Main street is 5min walk, I found philin restrans there. Most importance was quiet, so I could sleep.

Stayed for 2 nights and chose this 2 star property for its access to Alona beach. Roads are not maintained with huge potholes and flooding making it terribly muddy. Property is clean with basic amenities as sheets and clean towels, no toiletries provided with housekeeping on request. There's hot and cold filtered water at the front desk. There is also no grab or metered taxis so at the mercy of opportunists where everything is a package deal, with arbitrary prices with foreigners charged differently from locals. There is a nearby laundromat which helped as well as a vegetarian restaurant that served a great, healthy alternative to the fatty, oily and salty meals available. The fruit market and a variety of small to medium sized cafeterias, restaurants and pharmacy are within 10-15mins walking distance.

The place is like 5-10mins walk to the beach but its kind of far if you want to go to the city proper. Theres no transportation unless you rent a bike. Didnt feel safe walking to the property from the city center due to lack of street lighting. The property itself, its clean, a lot of space but the AC is weak, it still feel warm even if its on for few hours. The lights in the room is not bright enough, kinda dim. Suggestion, change it to a brighter lights. The living space is kind of small with huge chairs. Overall, its a 3 stars for me.

Simple Philippine standard room with nice bathrooms. AC worked fine- kitchen free to use. purified water refills offerred. Arranged transportation for us Not on the beach but nearby . Road needs repair

로컬느낌 느끼고 싶다면 추천해요

방갈로형식에 로컬느낌 나는 곳으로 예약했어요. 아주 로컬느낌 제대로였습니다 ㅎㅎ 방은 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었는데 화장실이 좀 찝찝했어요. 구석에 녹슨부분, 물때같은게 있었어요. 하지만 며칠 지내면서 익숙해졌어요. 사장님 너무 친절하고 침대 푹신하고 에어컨, 온수 잘되고 수건에서는 좋은냄새가 났습니다. 벌레는 밖에서 들어온 것 외에는 딱히 없었어요. 위치는 최고였어요. 큰길에서 골목으로 (울퉁불퉁한길)로 조금만 들어오면 조용하고 공기좋은 숙소가 나오고 2~3분만 걸어나오면 알로나비치가 나와요.
