โWe had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.
The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...
โTrevligt hotell nรคra liftar och jรคrnvรคgsstation fรถr oss vandrare. Nรคra till restsuranger i stadskรคrnan. Stort utbud pรฅ frukostbordet. Ett extra plus att man kokte sitt รคgg sjรคlv, fรคrskt och med rรคtt konsistens. โ
โBest hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views. โ

Wellnessbereich toll, allerdings fehlt mir ein Becken mit warmem Wasser (รผber 30 Grad).
Standard-Zimmer sind wertig, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen.
