“Staff was excellent, and our place was very private!”

“We first stayed at Bongani Mountain Lodge 15 years ago and returned when we saw it on special over new year. Not much has changed in 15 years. We had a nice time - the food was good and our ranger and tracker were pleasant and informative. I would not rate this lodge as luxury. The room, with a queen size bed, had seen better days and with the thatch roof and poor choice of tiles it always seemed a bit grubby. The game viewing is not great. “Estadia incrivel. O hotel é lindo, quarto espaçoso, cama comfortable, silencioso para dormir. O café da manha e os pratos Sao maravilhosos. Possui uma piscina padrao e uma aquecida (sem cobertura) que Sao bem aconchegantes. Todos os funcionarios foram extremamente simpaticos e educados.”

“Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. Of particular note was the high standard of the food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Go now and enjoy as the hotel will soon be busy again. A great place to stay before you go into Kruger.”

“Self catering unit, very clean, well speced and in lovely mountainous setting. A table would have been nice to eat my dinner, but as a new unit, I hope that will be quickly rectified. I will definitely stay again. (The orange I pinched from the orchard outside my room was the sweetest I have tasted in a long while) - (don't tell the owner!)”
