“Kind staff There was a really thankful story at Idle & wild. When I was going to Hotel from Johannesburg we were so late and getting dark. What makes the matter worse, two of the car tire was punctured by big Potholes. I call the Rental company, they said can give another car tomorrow morning. My family and I was so scary with prospect of staying in the car all night. I asked to the hotel, just grasping at straws. Two of hotel staff came to us quickly, and fixed everything. “Service is excellent, breakfast delivered to room was great. Well-maintained jacuzzi provided plenty of rest. The only thing that was disturbing the perfect vacation. That was mice. They ran around under the roof and interrupted the quiet rest. ”

“Beautiful place, gracious hosts. We felt welcomed, along with our children of varying ages. The playful yet unobtrusive resident dogs were a highlight of our stay. I would recommend this place to all.”

“Arrived at 5pm, reception shut but manager promptly arrived. It was out of season so no food facilities on site. Had to drive to Hazyview 10 miles away for nearest restaurant. Chalets well appointed but chilly at night with no obvious heating. Beautiful location with river on doorstep and birds including kingfishers. Quite Isolated, set back from road and really secluded but security guard in evidence and security gate.”

“Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard. There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night. Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day. Need to commend...
