The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). O hotel em si é enorme e tem até acesso para a lagoa (essa parte me surpreendeu, é linda). O atendimento foi muito bom, me senti acolhida. Eles estão fazendo alguns reparos, logo ficará ainda melhor. Só tenho dois pontos negativos para destacar (como crítica construtiva): 1) a internet estava bem ruim, praticamente não funcionava. Conversei com outros hospedes e eles estavam se queixando...
