Amara sorpresa

vacanza dal 23-30 luglio 2016: giunti a destinazione abbiamo scoperto che questa struttura era in disuso (non saprei da quanto tempo) e abbandonata. Premetto che sul sito risultava anche avere giudizi alti e recenti. Contattato l'ufficio di Expedia dopo qualche ora e telefonata (a ns carico) abbiamo ottenuto una nuova sistemazione, ottima e di livello superiore, senza costi aggiuntivi. Un grazie all'ufficio di protezione clienti per la disponibilità e bravura, ma mi domando ancora come sia stato possibile questo episodio e perchè ancora non è stato tolto dalle offerte.
