Papaflessas, Pylos-Nestoras hotel rooms at the Independent

The only problem was with the Hotels.com web site listing the room with breakfast and you had to choose the higher rate room to get breakfast, eventhough both rates said with breakfast. They honored the rate anyway.

Bella the dog was the best greeter I’ve met. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was great. The view from the patio and room was lovely.

The services were exceptional, staff extremely friendly, room was amazing, very family friendly and restaurants were delicious. This resort exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here. It’s quiet, comfy& stylish. The staff was accommodating. This is a place we would come back to year after year. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Perfect accommodations.

Driving through the town we were skepticle about what to find at the Kleopatra Hotel. Even the sign for the hotel is older and could use a facelift. Inside everything was new renovations, clean and the friendliest multi lingual person at the desk. Demitri did a great job getting us settled and recommended the local taverna for dinner which was delicious. They had the best Greek Salad that we had during our 10 days.

If you are driving into town from the airport or Athens, follow the sign that says "beach", not the sign that says "center". I stayed two times in Pharae Palace for only one night the first time and two the second time. Both were pleasant stays. This is an upscale hotel. The location looks over the waterfront. I loved the Villas! The property is amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was one of the nicest places to vacation. It's not snobby luxury but very elegant and well run. The staff are very attentive and professional and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. There is a free breakfast buffet for registered guests which is just icing on the cake. Excellent hotel

We stayed at four different hotels on this trip. All were good but ASO Kalamata was undeniably the best. They do the little things right that other hotels can't or won't do, such as a corkscrew in the room and your choice of four different pillows to best suit your personal sleep style. Elite City is an absolutely delightful resort with a great breakfast and bar area. The facility is less than 100 ft from the Aegean Sea. Beautiful beach with plenty of complimentary chairs and umbrellas. Excellent rooms with nice showers. Plenty of free parking.
