Another great stay

Our third time at Malama and it wasn't once again great! Some of the communal areas and the rooms could do with a bit of TLC, but i understand this is on the cards inntine for next summer. Kids (6&8) loved the evening entertainment. Big thank you to Alexia and the team.

Tolle saubere Anlage mit schönem Strand. Sehr guter Kinderclub mit Spielplatz. Das Frühstück ist ok, der Komfort der Betten hätte besser sein können. Aber rund herum hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage, aber 2 Minuspunkte: Am Frühstück ließe sich noch einiges verbessern, zB gab es Marmelade und Honig in keinen Plastikverpackungen und immer zu wenig Spiegelei. Obst könnte es mehr Auswahl geben. Und im Kinderpool fehlt eine Rutsche, der war langweilig.

Great resort for families and relaxing

We loved our stay at Malama Beach. The staff is very helpful and responsive to all requests, the resort is immaculate, Dining room staff always around the table to clean and serve, the buffet selections are varied, colorful and delicious. food is always fresh, Chef Stelios is around keeping his eye on things. One of our party eats only raw food so we spoke with Stelios and he made sure a huge beautiful custom made salad was always ready for him. Will definitely consider returning and we recommend this resort for families. Evening entertainment for both the little ones and later for adults. Nice to have a choice of pool or beach. The only drawback is public transportation in Cyprus is not great and for Westerners not wanting to drive on the left (as in England) reduces options for touring.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit einem super Service Team in einem guten 4*Hotel. Neben dem Service ist besonders die Vielfältigkeit und die Qualität des Essens zu loben. Sehr gut waren auch die Sportmöglichkeiten wie Tennis, Tischtennis, Squash und ein gut ausgestattetes Gym. Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Nice complex right beside the beach

(49/46) My wife and I went here on holiday as we were attending a friends wedding. We booked a suite with a sea view and were not to be disappointed. We were 5 metres away from the pool and the facilities it offered, which included the pool bar with food and easy access down to the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly giving us a feeling of being welcomed. We were given advice a plenty in relation to our further travels including travelling across the norder to the Turkish side and the locations this could be done. The actual area where the hotel is situated has many villas either owned or rented out. Facilities of an evening were not the best(limited pubs/shops nearby etc) although this is in no part attributed to the hotel. There is a shop on site providing most of our requirements. When heading out for the evening we went to Protaras (5-10 mins taxi journey). Staff at the hotel happily contact a taxi for you, but there is a bus service too although we never used this. Evening at the hotel itself provided the usual childrens mini disco followed by hired entertainment. I can't really comment on the latter but what we saw we didn't really enjoy too much, hence venturing out. During the day there are watersports nearby and plenty of opportunities for snorkelling in the very clear waters. Diving is also available and the persons we saw at this all appeared happy with their experience. Overall a really relaxing 10 nights.

Bel resort in discreta posizione.

Bel resort affacciato su una piccola spiaggia. Ha tutto quello che serve, 3 piscine di cui una per bimbi, 2 bar bordo piscina (uno tipo chiringuito). Colazione varia, un po'scarsa sui dolci, ma ben fornita sul salato. Nella area interna dell'albergo c'è un negozietto con souvenir, bevande ecc. Il resort si trova in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Protaras.

Isolated location and boring food. A battle to get a sun chair by the pool and impossible to get one by the beach (was told by staff to get up by 6am to have a chance...!). However, great spa with lovely treatments and fantastic staff!
