“This place was exceptional, other hotels in Suriname should follow suit ”

“staying is not bad but they did terrible work. and they have not apologize to me terrible work means, they send my invoice to other person who i knew i dont know how can this hotel know that person and why they sent my invoice to that person, and why they didnt say sorry to me even though i complaint terrible service mind i need to visit this country every two months, but i dont want to stay this hotel anymore”

“The Palacio hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. The rooms were simple, but functional. The staff was friendly and breakfasts were above average. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street because it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. ”

“We had a great stay; however, some things could be improved. Rooms are not 100% sound proof since you can hear when the custodians are in the other room, etc. Hot Tub was great, good location and good area. ”

“The hotel room were very nicely renovated - clean and pacify. my room had a huge king size bed. you could sleep 4 people in it. “My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible. ”
