NÃO gostei de nada. Pois fomos barrados na entrada da cidade. Devido à covid 19. E a pousada tropical estar fechada. Portanto, espero ser resarcida do pagamento. O qyal fou feito com antecedência. E a expedia não ter alertado que a pousada estava fechada.

Paraty ficou sem energia durante 18 horas a partir das 21h e o sistema de iluminação de emergência não estava funcionando e não há gerador de energia ao menos para os ventiladores de teto, considerando que a falta de energia é comum em Paraty. No mais, a pousada tem estacionamento e um bom café da manhã, e ainda, uma variedade de convênios com agências de turismo para passeios.

Localização e atendimento ótimos!

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 15 min a pé do Cais de Paraty, perto do Centro Histórico. Supermercado na rua em frente para quem quer levar um lanche nas embarcações que o permitem. Nelson, o responsável, nos ajudou muito com o agendamento dos passeios pelas ilhas. Café da manhã gostoso e atendentes solícitos e gentis. Ar-condicionado e wi-fi muito bons!

Apesar de toda a equipe do hotel (recepção, café da manhã e limpeza) ter sido sempre muito atenciosa e eficiente, me senti muito incomodado durante toda minha estadia devido a localização do quarto que dava fundos para uma lavanderia, o que me acordava sempre cedo devido ao barulho e cheiro de produtos para lavagem de roupas. Outro incômodo diário foi devido a tampa de plástico rasgada do vaso sanitário, que por não se manter suspensa estava sempre molhada, impossibilitando seu uso higiênico na posição sentado.
