However, I am sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, especially given the great efforts we make to provide a service that pays attention to every detail.As far as your comment about the Resort's location is concerned, we want to point out that the property is located on a hill above the village of Gargnano just 6 km far from the main Lake Road, which during the summer season is crowded and noisy. Many Guests believe that our location has a great advantage over most of the other lake properties because it has an amazing view over the lake as well as offering a sense of peace and exclusivity. We do provide a free shuttle service for our Guests to and from Gargnano.Moreover, I regret reading that Lefay SPA, the exclusive temple to wellness of 4,300 sqm with pools, saunas, fitness centre, wellness paths and relaxation areas did not fully meet your needs.
