Tucked away in a relatively quiet side street, reception is always staffed. Lucky I had checked Google maps beforehand so knew what to look out for. About 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Our premium room was a good size (for Paris), excellent wifi signal. Breakfast was outstanding, individual serving of boiled egg, fruit salad, ham and cheese, crepe, yogurt with coulis, bread, jams and spreads, croissants, pain au choc, fresh orange juice and coffee. Location is just below Montmartre hill, about 5 mins walk from several metro stations. You can see the Sacre Coeur from about 100m away from the hotel. Area is hilly, but nothing too extreme. Good value restaurants around, if you like to explore.

Very nice but at a price
The hotel is a lovely, boutique hotel with super friendly staff. It is located in a quiet street that is close to Cadet metro and all the amenities you need to hand. It is also within 15 mins walk of Gare du Nord. The room I had was comfortable and clean. The facilities are starting to show their use, but that is a quibble. I do think they could provide more than just a couple of bottles of water given the price of the room. You can also hear people passing your room very clearly. The prices of Paris hotels are steep, but I would say that I was charged an excessive amount, but apparently it was Paris Fashion Week? An opportunity to inflate prices? The receptionist, a young woman from Albania, was a delightful person, very friendly and positive.

Having stayed in a chain hotel as part of a Eurostar package we had to stay an extra night in another hotel because of the rail strike ZE hotel is very close to Gare du Nord and has very comfortable stylish rooms

Tres bon emplacement pour visiter Paris
Personnel tres accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont correctes et le petit dejeuner copieux servi à table avec le sourire. Proximité de Montmartre et du métro pour visiter Paris. De tres bons restaurants à proximité.

Great Parisian Stay
Very comfortable and clean room and a very nice bathroom. Staff are incredibly helpful and nice - really made for a great stay. Definitely recommend. I look forward to coming back!

Super localisation
Très joli hôtel près de la Gare de l’Est et pas très loin de l’Olympia (nous y étions pour un concert). Localisation parfaite en somme. Chaleureux accueil, y compris par la réceptionniste de nuit. Chambre bien décorée et spacieuse. Seul bémol, se retrouver à hauteur de rue (obligé de fermer les rideaux et garder la fenêtre close). A bientôt !

Hôtel bien situé, dans une rue calme, peu passagère. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. La chambre était un peu petite mais c'est Paris 😉 La literie est confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Unsere Zimmer waren nicht wie gebucht. Anstelle des gebuchten „Zimmerdetails Zimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Verbindungszimmer“ haben wir zwei separate Zimmer erhalten die durch einen langen Gang getrennt waren. Unsere Kinder hatten Angst alleine zu schlafen. Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt obwohl die Heizung voll Aufgedreht war, es hat durch die Alten Fenster kalte Luft gezogen. Für mich war es eines meiner schlechtesten Hotels die Ich je hatte. Es war alles sehr eng und für mich hat dieses Hotel nie 4 Sterne verdient. Dass einzig Positive an der Unterkunft war das bequeme Bett und das gute Frühstück.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location.
Great location! Very nice stay, I had a nice big room but with windows facing the courtyard which made it a bit dark and less private. Comfortable bed, nice shower and lovely bathroom in general. The hotel water bottle is not free, it is 3 EUR so be aware!

Just to flag to families that Expedia sold us a booking as 2 adjoining rooms, one double and two singles, but unfortunately this is not something the hotel actually has. Therefore we were given one nice sized room with a big bed and one small room with a very small double bed - both on the same floor but not even adjacent let alone connecting. Travelling with 2 kids meant this wasn't ideal. Apart from that hiccup, everything in the hotel is lovely. It's on a quiet street, the decor is fun and quirky, the location is fabulous with Sacre Couer a 15 minute walk away, and Gare du Nord 10 minutes walk away. The staff were all really friendly. The breakfasts were beautifully presented.

Très bien situé. Plus petit qu'on pensait, mais tout de même tres bien. On a bien aimé la fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue. Seul bémol était le wifi qui était pas terrible.

Quirky little property however the rooms are were obviously designed by a wanna be hipster architect that has never stayed in a functional hotel room in their life. 100% for quirkiness. 0% for functionality They took a $350 pre auth on the card even when we had paid the entire bill and are still holding it a day after leaving we don’t know why? The 15 euro brekky is a bit of a rip off but there are plenty of bakeries and good outlets around.

Good hotel, good location next to many attractions, also breakfast was good not bad. They took 100 euros during check in as deposit and we get it back when we checked out.

Situated about a 10/15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, less than 5 minutes from Cadet metro so a good base for our couple of nights in Paris. Beautifully decorated clean room, multiple sockets should they be required, safe, tv, radio/alarm and fridge. A comfortable bed resulting in a good nights sleep without any noise disturbance. Lovely clean bathroom, good shower pressure, decent hairdryer. Im not sure if it was me or the basin but I couldn’t work out how to use the plug so that I could fill the sink with water. Enjoyed breakfast very much but unsure whether the options of sweet or savoury remain the same all the time. The servers at breakfast were extremely accommodating. The staff that we dealt with were all lovely, encouraging my attempts to parlez Francais - shame I couldn’t understand their replies - but their English is considerably better than my French so there weren’t any language issues.
