โFriendly little family run hotel on the outskirts of Paris. But close to the metro, and then easy to get into an around the city. Yet, left the area around the hotel reasonable quiet, and it felt French and less touristy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds, good air conditioning and wifi. Small work table in room. Good breakfast with lots of choice (if basically cold).โ
โMy family and I had a great stay at Les Jardins de Saint-Cloud. The hotel was very clean and the area was very calm. Eva, Bouchera and Bassam at the reception were very useful, specially given that this was our first trip to Paris. The kitchen staff was also very professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and quiet journey a little out of the heart of the wonderful city of Paris. โ
โWe stayed at a superior room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had a gorgeous terrace where you can get there through the window door at the side of the room. Everything was perfectly prepared and we enjoyed splendid holiday in Paris. Will visit this hotel again.โ
โThe staffs were really kind. I loved them.
Just, the room condition was, to be honest, not the newest.
There was some kind of blood(?) stain on the carpet.
The pillow seemed to be a bit yellowish.
The breakfast menu was quite simple.
The area is quite and residential, but I was ok with it
because it was not for a tour. Anyways, if this hotel works
on exchaning only some more commodity such as pillow,
it would make this hotel very fine.โ
โAs always very nice
Staff great
Breakfast very good
But they used to make individual pots of coffee for each table
Now machine coffee and not very good.
You can ask but feel like they donโt really want to do
But overall very nice in a great town โ
โI had a feeling that the staffs did not take my requests seriously. The room was ok, but water drain had problem. For access to Metro, one needs to walk a while. The hotel had a overbooking problem which caused a lot problems to my collegues.โ
โWe stayed here for Lollapalooza Paris and it was so convenient to the venue. Close to the transit also so going into Paris was easy. Nice restaurants and groceryโs store/shops right around the corner.โ
โThe first impression was fine since they changed my room with no problem on my request due to a whiff of smoke. However in the middle of the night, a staff member knocked repeatedly and loudly on my door and asked if I was smoking or taking a shower. It was 4 am and I said I was sleeping, and that guy just walked away. I could not go back to sleep for an hour or something. Later I thought maybe some kind of false alarm detected or something? I told what happened to the reception in the morning...
"I applied for a two-bed, but I was assigned one-bed.
I asked him to change it, but he said he would change it the next day.
I can't organize my luggage if I want to change it the next day.
Just staying in one bed for three days.
Well, nothing particularly good or bad."
