"The hotel very nice and clean the staff helpful and the area surrounding the hotel not very nice some homeless around the same block of the hotel, the location convenient with a metro station at the corner, some restaurants across the street and the mall of the technology museum just behind the hotel. "

The staff were super friendly too. Our bed was very uncomfortable though and the sink was blocked as well. they did attempt to fix this when we informed them."

"I honestly wouldn’t recommend this specific ibis location unless you’re desperate & really on a strict budget! First impression was the lady at the front desk digging her nose thank God for contactless payment. Not kid friendly at all. I purchased a disinfectant spray just for my children & I to feel the least bit comfortable. I spray every single thing, to the point the fumes made us dizzy. Idk where to begin but for the short period of time we spent in the room basically shower & sleep it was a huge task the room was very tight, bathroom had a foul odor more than likely mold! We didn’t use the towels, toilet paper, nor soap. The only good part about the stay was the location was commuter friendly to get where we needed to go. Normally I would have taken pictures but I had literally no time between keeping an eye on my children’s every move not to touch anything."

"Great location as the hotel is very close to a metro station. Staff were really friendly. Our only issue with the hotel was that the air conditioning was not working at night so it used to get uncomfortably warm. When we asked the reception about it, we were told that they don't run it at night during this time of the year."
