I had a room on the ground floor next to the main road and I could not open the window as people were walking next to it. There was also a bench outside with people sitting there day and night so I could not even keep the blinds opened. The room itself was clean and quite new but I found a dirty towel in the bathroom. Location is top and conveniently close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower

Great location by the Trocadero metro stop and good cafes. Steps from a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. Our room was very small, though, and we looked out in a brick wall.

I will stay here again for sure! The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, and this hotel was close to everything or just a short train ride away! The rooms were spacious for 2 people and the AC worked without automatic shutoff.

The room was clean. Great location however my personal items got stolen by the Eiffel Tower in the yard and I stopped by my room after and my door was cracked open. Thankfully nothing was taken out of my room. The hair dryer did not work. Staff was helpful to help me find a police department and gave me a hair dryer to use. Room appeared smaller in person vs. online. Occasional loud drilling noises. Overall it was a good place to stay. Helpful staff.
