It's all about location I guess

Location is excellent. But curtains were torn and shower drained into bathroom si ce there was nothing to stop the water under the door. Used 3 towels to mop floor everytime someone showered. Asked for some replacements but they never came. Had fire alarm go off and other questions, but there was no one onsite for 5 or more hours in day.

Emplacement super, belle vue.... mais ça s’arrête là! Appartement superbe en aspect mais après c’est là déception ! La majorité des prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, La porte d’accès à la salle de bain coulisse très très difficilement, impossible de pas réveiller ce qui dorment pour aller aux wc ! Qui sont d’ailleurs dans la douche donc si quelqu’un a pris sa douche avant on se mouille les pieds!!! Les pieds de certaines chaises autours de la table sont cassées donc inutilisable. Pas de prises du tout dans la cuisine , il faut donc poser la machine à café et le grille pain ailleurs dans l’appartement et arriver a trouver une prise qui fonctionne.... La tv dans la deuxième chambre est juste là pour décorer, pas de branchement possible..... Les luminaires sont cassés , des fils électriques dépassent... La peinture se décolle à certain endroit... Bref ... en aspect à ça l’air super , lorsqu’on creuse ça l’est bien moins!

The Property is close to Eiffel Tower and other places in center of Paris, but the service in this property was awful. Also, there was guy from night shift talked with us badly and he was too rude in talking with us and did not corporate when we asked him about some information like WIFI and door codes, this type of people should not be in customer services, we reported him at day shift.

False Advertising

Basing this review solely on what the ad had presented. The room itself was fine enough, other than two broken light fixtures (as in, light bulbs hanging from the ceiling on wires, type of broken), also had no air conditioning or fridge which the ad mentioned it did have. The pictures also show views of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window, this is absolutely not possible from any rooms in this building because it is located in the center of a large line of other buildings. I chose this room based on the views, and I do realize nothing in the post says it has views of the tower, but the pictures are incredibly misleading. Another annoyance, upon arrival they charge you a very large deposit for staying in the room (but I already paid in full through VRBO?), it was all refunded but seemed unnecessary and a little bit sketchy. Based on the ad, I would not recommend this room.

Très bonne Localisation. Mais équipement pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé (ex manque de prise dans la cuisine, manque un câble TV, système d’eclairage défaillant, VMC bruyante et non modulable) sans parler de la vétusté (lampes de chevet cassées, prises au sol arrachées peintures décollées rideaux défaits etc...). Très mauvais rapport qualité - prix (400 euros la nuit !!!) Sans parler de la transmission des infos de paiement non faite ( paiement le 16/10 a Expédia pas passé à CMG le 01/11!!!). Bref on ne recommande pas cette location surtout à ce tarif !!!

Etablissement que je ne recommande pas : - J'ai réservé un Appart Hôtel avec "réfrigérateur, micro ondes, coin cuisine, cuisinière"... J'ai eu une simple chambre avec un micro ondes, un minuscule frigo en panne et le stricte minimum en vaisselle. Pas d'évier pour faire la vaisselle, pas de table, le bureau sert principalement au micro ondes, il faut débrancher une lampe pour brancher le micro ondes, pas d'autres prises pour recharger son portable...). - La propreté est approximative. - L'hôtel est géré par du personnel jeune mais sans professionnalisme (aucune solution proposée pour la panne du mini frigo, pas de réelle implication pour proposer une solution de relogement). Dommage...

Ended up not being what I was expecting at all. Not what I booked for. There is zero customer service & when you do go try to customer service they just stare at you like you have something on your face and are so rude. We told them that the room isn’t what we booked for and they didn’t even try to make us happy or discount the room at all. I will not be staying at this place again. They never once cleaned our room the whole stay!! And there is no WiFi.

Great location, Interior and content leaves a lot to be desired.

No bathroom privacy and glass walls can be dangerous. No kitchen towels, paper towels, trash bags, bedside cabinets or a dresser, dustpan and a brush or a vacuum cleaner. We did not receive an email to tell us how to get into the building or the apartment until we sneaked in when someone was leaving. external carpet was not clean. A deposit was demanded prior to occupancy.

일단 택시 타고 가서 숙소 찾기 힘듦 호텔 이름이... 밖에서 찾을땐 cmg가 아님. 호텔처럼 안 생겼음. 그리고 4박 묵을 동안 청소를 안 해줌. 룸서비스는 따로 돈 줘야함. 공항 셔틀 비쌈. 10월에 갔는데 난방 안 해줌. 커피포트 더러움. 티비 안 나옴. 난방 곧 처리해준다 해서 기다렸는데 안 옴. 15분 뒤에 오겠다. 문자 하겠다 했지만 잊어버렸다고 안 옴. 결국 4박 묵고 체크아웃할 때까지 해결 안 됨. 위치는 파씨역과 아주 가까움

Live like a Parisian

Location is fabulous. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. The building is very nice with easy access. Room had everything that we needed including a wonderful balcony. We loved that it felt more like a flat than a hotel room.

Kitchen was not

Kitchen sink wasn’t clean and sponge was mold. I bought own my sponges. The fridge had somebody’s left over. Bathroom tissue was just 5 rolls. We are stay 5 nights and 3 ladies. Soap was just 2little bottle.

到酒店第一晚已經無熱水沖涼，當時11點左右，打落去同職員講佢哋話可能同一時間太多人沖涼所以供應唔到叫我等半個鐘至一個鐘，到1點幾再試，水既溫度係好似冰水咁。到第二朝起身再試下，一樣係冰水，再打落去問佢哋話即刻處理會10分鐘後覆，結果等左半個幾鐘都無覆，再打落去唔聽電話，終於忍唔住落去拍門，一開門個女人已經用非常非常差態度話咪同你講左壞左囉咁我點幫你，我同佢講我由前一日晚上已經打黎同你既同事講到今朝都冇人再覆過，我啱啱打嚟你又話叫我等，我都係想沖個熱水涼，佢話前一晚佢唔喺度佢唔知道，而家咩答你壞左搵人黎整，我問佢咁大約幾時整好，佢話佢點知呀點知幾時會有人黎整，於是乎我同佢講咁我要換房或者退房，佢話唔得佢唔會處理唔會退錢叫我自己打返上expedia。之後我上返房打去expedia溝通左好耐，連expedia既職員打去酒店搵staff佢地吾聽電話，但我係房望落去明明見到佢哋係到食野傾野，嬲到我即時執行李轉酒店。 酒店無熱水唔處理不但只仲要極度差態度，絕對唔會推薦人住！

Our room was nothing as pictured on the website. Much smaller and a bit dirty.

Check in was very easy and straight forward. The hotel itself is not in the best location. The Eiffel Tower is already a bit far and this was on the other side of the water. Far walk and fairly pricey taxi/ Uber to the more central neighbourhoods. Our room/ bathroom was not as pictured online. Much smaller looking and the bathroom was completely different and poorly set. It was also a bit dirty. We found hairs in the tub. There was also a large water stain on the ceiling wje the drywall was peeling off. Lights in the bedroom weren’t working, outlets didn’t work (except for 1) and the safe was out of order.

You won’t regret it

Absolutely fantastic location. Beautiful buildings, next to the Sein, Eiffel Tower views 200 meter from door, walk to the tower in 20 minutes. Donkey Bikes (city bikes) available 500 meters. Local shopping and eating 500 meters. Apartment was very user friendly. Foot note: We choose our accomodation as a place to go back to after a long day enjoying our surrounds. A comfy bed and good shower, anything else is a bonus.

Première expérience pour ce type de logement. Très Bon accueil du personnel et extrême gentillesse. Pas de service de chambre. Écoulement des eaux : lavabo et douches très déficient. Aucune intimité pour les toilettes et la douche. 3 alarmes sécurité nous obligeant à sortir dans la rue des 8:30 . Bien à vous. Alain DUFOR
