The staff are excellent-friendly, accommodating for my lack of French speaking. I love the aesthetics of the hotel -fresh, modern. This was our second stay here. The neighborhood is great. Close to the Eiffel Tower but far enough away that it is not real touristy. It feels safe walking around. The nearby cafes and restaurants are great. Already planning my next trip back!

Amazing location!

Amazing location! Very close to the Trocadero (and museums) where you can enjoy an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. I was an overnight stay but I will pick up this hotel again for museums visit and shopping around.

Staff at the reception are very welcoming and nice. We had booked a room including breakfast. However, there is still alot room for breakfast service. Hot watervwas not available for on many occasions and when I asked a waitor to help me with coffee, he pointed his finger to the coffee machine without saying anything. I would've loved a little bit of curtesy
