“The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! “The staff were incredibly kind and ready to accommodate. The room was perfectly clean. I had the bad luck of checking in when the lift was not functioning, so I had to take the stairs with my big bags. The hotel is located in the 'better' areas of Montmartre, is easily accessible, and has lots of restaurants and bistros nearby. It was perfect for solo travel, which was my situation.”

“Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that.”
