Bare bones basic, and I mean BASIC. If you are familiar with Disney facilities in the U.S., lower your expectations for Sante Fe. Needs refurbishment. Staff NEEDS training on Disney signature customer service. Seemed as if most employees were in a bad mood. Its rumored the French are rude but i was trying to be neutral. None of the usual happy Disney smiles and greeting we are accustomed to in Orlando, Fl. I noticed in different buildings some old dilapidated ice machines, none of which were working. Asked front desk for ice. They sent us to the bar area of the restaurant La Cantina. We greeted the man at the bar and asked for ice. Again, seemed as if we were bothering them. He reluctantly threw a few pieces of ice in a cup and handed it to us. The Disney bus transportation is a free for all. No semblance of order or structure. Everyone rushes the doors. Stroller or wheel chair?? Good luck! Same customer service at the parks. Just unpleasant. For the tv, on the main screen that greets each family, go to settings and choose English. That will give you English for the Disney channels only. Otherwise you only get BBC News and Europe News channel. There are some Spanish, German, Mandarin and French channels. No fridge, no coffee in rooms (which we knew). If you use washcloths, bring your own. No wash cloths provided. Towels are paper thin and rough. Towels a Dollar Store would sell. Bed and pillows are not good either. we would not stayatSanteFe

We loved the Cars theme. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The ceiling fan in our room was broken but we just cracked a window instead. Overall, good experience.

Empfang, Service, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Restaurant war einfach PERFEKT!!!!! Leider ist das Hotel SantaFee ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, zum Teil in den Flurbereichen modriger Geruch, 2 Steckdosen auf unserem Zimmer ragten samt Kabeln aus der Wand da die Klammern welche in der Wand für die nötige Verankerung sorgen einfach gefehlt haben... Schaade das solche Mängel nicht direkt 1 zu 1 getauscht werden... Stattdessen hat man mit riesen Schrauben versucht für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Handylader am Abend reingesteckt und beim abziehen war die komplette Dose wieder draußen, für mich ein absolutes NoGo...!!! Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden...

掃除後、トイレットペーパーとボックスティッシュが補充されていませんでした。 エレベーターが無く2階の部屋で スーツケースの上げ下ろしが大変でした。

Great budget friendly option for Disneyland Paris
Great hotel and room was in a good location, close to the walk way to the parks. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave good advice. Room was clean and comfortable and block was quiet. Would stay again

Séjour en famille
Accueil, dépannage et service petit-déjeuner parfaits. L'hôtel est à rafraîchir (peinture partie commune et chambre / salle de bain). L'isolation phonique est à revoir. Les doubles portes entre chambres sont à éviter. Le petit-déjeuner sucré/salé edt correct mais le rapport qualité / prix décevant.

Estadia muito boa
Estadia foi boa e o hotel Santa fé é simples, mas eficiente. Compensa comprar o pacote de 2 noites com ingressos, pois no dia do checkin, pode já acessar o parque. Chegue cedo. Não precisa chegar às 16hs. No checkout, pode deixar as malas e ir para o parque. Ou seja, 4 dias de parques. O café da manhã simples, mas OK. O transporte de ônibus de 10 em 10 minutos e o trem é em frente ao parque. Como aluguei carro o estacionamento foi gratuito. Não vá na época de frio. Fui em janeiro e não compensa! Muito frio. Numa outra oportunidade, voltarei!

The stairs to the first floor in block 51/52 were unsafe. The treads on a number of steps were either missing or hanging down and forming a trip hazard. the whole building is very tired. There was no ordinary tea available from the vending machines , only peppermint.

El personal del hotel fue encantador, desde la recepción hasta el restaurante. La lanzadera para cada 5/10 minutos, y en 5 minutos llegas al hotel. Las habitaciones están decoradas de una manera divertida pero sin cargarlo mucho. Destacar que en el buffet de La Cantina hay varias opciones veganas/vegetarianas, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. La única pega, por la que no les doy 5 estrellas, es la calidad del colchón, que son de muelles y no muy cómodo. Pero aparte de eso, tuvimos una muy buen estancia. Muy recomendable.

We got lost twice finding our room. Wish someone would have shown us to the room. We are used to US Disney standards and it was not the same. We did enjoy our stay though.

Sono anni che soggiorno in questo hotel, è il più economico tra i parchi disney. La navetta per i parchi passa ogni 12 minuti ed è comodissima. Deposito bagagli molto utile, check in veloce e spesso con personale della lingua d’appartenenza. Check out automatico. Molto apprezzate le bevande alle macchinette gratuite. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Very convenient for disney parks and for the cheapest hotel on property it is great for having somewhere to sleep at night with shuttle access/perk of extra magic hour. However, hotel is starting to look a little worn and dated. Chipped paint and worn out decor and a shower incapable of keeping temperature going between freezing and scalding. There was a housekeeping trolley in our corridor for the entirety of our stay which I guess makes it easier for staff operationally, it didn't look great though and made getting along corridor difficult as often the doors were open or there were things like bags of laundry lying around it. Staff were incredibly helpful though and the service was outstanding from all staff we encountered on our stay. No fault there! Overall would still recommend, just be aware it's the lowest starred disney hotel for a reason, you'll still get exceptional customer service, it just feels like the building is due a refurb!

Dommage qu'il faille à chaque fois compléter une feuille papier avec nos coordonnés, alors que nous sommes déjà venus 10x dans cet hôtel. Les machines à café étaient soit en panne, soit vides à 20h45.

La situation locale est bien sûr très bonne. Toutes les 10 minutes, une navette part vers les parcs Disney ou la gare. En principe, le complexe est également bien aménagé. Mais : Tout commence à la réception. Celle-ci ressemble à une gare routière. Le thème Cars n'est pas mis en valeur, à part quelques images ou des téléviseurs avec de courtes vidéos. Je ne comprends pas, il n'y a presque que des familles avec enfants qui viennent et on est vite expédié à la réception. Où est le "sense of wonder" ? Les chambres elles-mêmes sont une catastrophe. Le couloir a déjà le charme d'un taudis bon marché. La chambre elle-même est petite, démodée et inconfortable. On a l'impression d'être allongé sur des chaises longues et non sur des lits. À l'arrivée, il y avait des taches de sang sur l'un des draps. Il faut féliciter le service de chambre, qui a essayé de faire de son mieux. La prochaine fois, je prendrai un peu plus d'argent et je réserverai un autre hôtel.
