Decent location for us, almost dead between Parc Astérix & Disneyland although, we didn’t expect it to be on a trading estate! RER B only a 5-10 minute pedestrian friendly walk away…30 mins into central Paris. Staff did their best to be friendly but this felt like an old hotel in need of a refresh. As a family who travel a lot, we thought everything else was poor. Breakfast choice below average for a French hotel, rooms very small and useless air con. This was made worse because we had to sleep with the window open as the rooms were so hot and ended up with multiple mosquito bites. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Poor welcoming , small room for 3 people, clean and comfortable bed and nice breakfast . People in the next room was speaking very loud around 11:30p.m and we couldn’t sleep and receptionist called them but it’s not helpful

Fint for en enkelt nat, hvis man skal bruge lufthavnen. Vi skulle ind til Paris og det var også ok. Gammelt og slidt, men rent. Vores badekar var dog ret ulækkert (ridser mv) og ville aldrig tænde for spa af frygt for, hvilke bakterier, der kunne være i dyserne..

Sejour en famille pratique car chambre communiquantes. Des défaillances sur le mecanisme de la chasse d'eau, les boutons de lampe cassé. Sinvous voulez przndre un petit déjeuner allez-y de très bonnes heures car que se soit à 8h30 ou 7h45 le deuxième jour vous n'aurez plus de jus d'orange ou plus de viennoiserie et plus de salade de fruit, on vous repondra que la personne qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner est partie en.urgence et que de tout façon il n'y a plus rien.

Small hotel room close to airport.
Hotel was located a 12minute drive from the airport which was exactly what we needed for an early flight. It is about 45minute drive from the city of Paris. It said shuttle offered on the property details but that was not available when we got there due to COVID. They were willing to call a taxi for us though. Not all front desk staff were comfortable with speaking English so we used google translate. The condition of the hotel and room is decent with linen that didn’t smell great but was usable. The room itself is extremely cramped. We had two adjoining rooms. One with a Queen and single and the other with three singles. It was a small room with hardly room to walk. Not very comfortable because it was so confined. Restroom was also small. No fridge or microwave. Overall decent stay. I would not stay longer than the two days I did.

Tres mauvaise expérience ! A notre arrivée l'hotesse nous dit que nous ne sommes pas enregistrés qu'il faut regler une deuxième fois pour avoir la chambre. La chambre en question n'était pas nettoyé nous sommes arrives a 17h30!!! On nous dit d'etre compréhensif car c'est la reprise !On nous oriente donc vers 2 autres chambres séparées alors que nous avions payé pour une chambre double! Les enfants devaient donc dormir seuls! Nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel

Cher Dalila, Je tiens à préciser certains points à et rétablir la vérité. Votre réservation effectuée sur le site hotels.com ne nous a pas été transmise par hotels.com. Notre procédure dans ce cas est de demander un pré règlement qui est remboursé en cas de double paiement. Vos photos mises en ligne sont des photos d'une chambre sale, ce qui ne montre pas la réalité. Nos draps sont bien changés tous les jours. Avec le COVID, nous devons attendre 24h00 avant de pouvoir relouer la chambre, c'est pour cette raison que vous avez trouvé une chambre sale. La réceptionniste vous a immédiatement changé de chambre pour deux chambres plus spacieuse (au lieu de une). Ensuite vous avez pu libérer les chambres à 14h30 au lieu de 11h30. Votre commentaire est dure par rapport au confort proposé dans notre hôtel
